If an interviewer asks you to describe yourself he is not asking for your name or employment history, he is asking you what kind of person you view yourself as. If you start repeating your name (which the interviewer will already know by this point) and employment history then the interviewer will think you are too incompetent to understand the question.
As what I know... They asking about ur attitude... Am I right??

When we were being trained, our instructor gave as a book to read by weekend "The way for deception" based on working on Mosad. Same things are being told here with a sweet voice. My point here is, How can we success and calm while establishing ourselves with deception and unethical manner.
Is so unfortunate people will criticize you, even when they don't have anything to offer .

Hello, it was just educational interview as I'm fresh graduated, so it depends on you how will you answer their questions and from that they are going to ask ! they just looking for your attitude more than your knowledge, they asked me to introduce my self first and some questions were similar as this video.
Sometimes it depends on the Organization that you are going to apply, you need to know more about them.

Mr. Lakshman...Don't you think that Name - Place and Education already mentioned in Resume....and there is no point to reading the resume in front of interviewer...and as far as her communication goes it is full of feelers like repeated using of OK and that sort...I seriously doubt whether she is good at it or needs some more training...........
