Wonderful. Those magnificent 0-8-0 goods engines epitomise the time when Britain was the workshop of the world and goods were produced. Now we have office blocks full of people looking at computer screens. Crook Street station itself is beautiful, and the sight of a passenger train coasting in is pure magic. Deansgate yard and the the route to it are particularly atmospheric and superbly modelled.
Yet another gorgeous video as usual. Hope you don't mind me asking an operational question out of interest, did trip workings not require a Brake Van ?
