Finally a Paledusk reaction! You made me happy Mac, been asking Paledusk for months, glad it did today. The song Black Ice is one of their masterpiece.

Slay or Black Ice are bangers by them. Someone pointed Area PD or No!!! which are heavier. But Slay! and Black Ice take genre bending to 💯
The Guitarist (Daidai, guy with crazy hair color) has worked/writes with numerous bands, BMTH, Deathnyann, Lil Uzi, Lucrecia and some more. He even did some anime openings.

Welcome to Japanese chaoscore! 😂 This is the sort of music that tickles my ADD brain in just the right way 😅 You gotta check out BLACK ICE, Happy Talk, No!, and AREA PD too. I’m not sure what goes on in composer DAIDAI’s head, but I love the results 😅
Also if you like this… check out SIGHTBACKS too! Zone is a good song to start with. Less of a happy vibe, but some great chaos 😂
As some other comments have mentioned, Daidai (lead guitar) has written for a lot of other bands in the space. If you listen to some of their older stuff, it's not quite as eccentric, but still good. As a last note on Masato on this track, to my knowledge this is the first time he's sung in Japanese on a record.
Wind back is the best paledusk song for beginners to the band. But Area PD is also great to react to. It’s my number one song for over a year! Doesn’t repeat chorus and every part is GOLD. Please reacts to more Paledusk! They are so underrated

Love your reactions, if you do react to Paledusk, I highly recommend the song "Slay!!". It's probably one of their songs with a more common song structure, but it's a masterpiece. I like pretty much all of their music, but for the other ones I'd go with "BBB" and "Black Ice".
Have you heard of Hysteric Panic? It's another Japanese band that gives me the wtf feeling 😂 Painkiller is probably the most normal song I've heard from them, and their most recent is Candy Flip. Give it a listen
