Niiiiice cover, dude! 🔥 I need to learn this song. Started learning how to play Lily & The Moon last night and it's harder to play than I thought it would be lol. The guys from Thornhill definitely throw some tricky stuff in there. That's one of the reasons I love them, though!
Thanks a lot, much appreciated! Haha completely agree there, a lot of thorny riffs turn out to be a bit more involved than they sound! Good luck with lily & the moon - another belter of a song 🤘
Awesome ! That grass sounds very nice haha :D Is your guitar a RG2027xl ? Or a regular 25.5' scale ? If 25.5', what's your tuning gauge for drop #F ? I run .070 in #G and I find it a bit "flubby"...
Apologies for the slow reply man, completely missed this. The grass puts out a hell of a tone lol! My Ibanez is an RG827Z so is a regular 25.5' scale and 'flubby' is an excellent description of what its like down there on a 25.5'! I was stretching the limits of how low a tuning it could hold and it was a bit of a nightmare ngl especially setting the internation with the floating bridge..... in terms of the strings I used, annoyingly I can't remember sorry not very helpful answer
SICK!
Nailed it bro!!
Cheers man! Much appreciated!
