Yum! We like unsweetened because it's already delicious enough as it is. Looks like the regular oven is the way to go. Browner and more even. But hey, at least we know that if for some reason we didn't have an oven, we could still technically toast it in the microwave. Thanks for the useful pointers, Kate!

You need to try it sometime! When I was younger, I use to get a small cup of coconut if I was good 😊 Coconut is really good toasted too! I will be using it on my recipe tomorrow.
