Hey! It depends on what boxed cake mix you bought and how big you make the cupcakes. Most boxed mixes are 15.25 oz and if you use a ice cream scoop that has a lever or 3 tbsps. to fill the cupcake liners this should make about 24 cupcakes.

Preparing the ingredients before might be helpful, but I usually don't unless I am filming a video and it has turned out well 😆 Make sure to add the ingredients in the order I add them in the video. Adding the butter and sugar at the beginning is key. Also, adding the milk after is really important since I have added that after the flour because I wasn't paying attention lol, and it did not turn out like usual.

Probably not. It will likely be lighter in color. When the melted butter and sugars get mixed is when it turns a light brown color. I would love to hear how it tastes using just granulated sugar!

Omg I just made it and it taste like a normal chocolate chip cookie but not that sweet. I had no chocolate chips so it was just bland but in other words, its delicious and I recommend making it.

Hey! It will not be exactly the same results, but usually oil is one of the ingredients on the directions in boxed mixes. The cupcakes will still taste good! I feel like the butter just makes them taste better!
