The only reason he stayed as a Villain after was because he didn't want to lose any more people close to him. Kurogiri didn't choose the Villain life at all, it was forced on him when he became a Nomu. All for One is possibly the only one that could work with as his reason for becoming the way he is is still unknown.

The Brotherhood is more stronger than the MHA Anime Characters, the students just fight, not kill. The Assassins show no mercy so every single AC game character would win in a 1v1 against a MHA Character. (Possibly a hate comment, reply if u think it is.)
