Just a tip.. you don't have to re climb the cliff to try again. Simply go to the menu and there is an option to retry the current activity! Thanks for these tips!

Great video. I didn't even know about the combo. Two extra tips:
1. You can retry the jump after you fall in the water and get your score, without climbing back up, it's a generous amount of time (about 5 seconds?). Just go to the menu, the same one you save, load, etc., there should be an option there. Plenty of time to see which trophy you got.
2. If you are struggling with the landing, release the R2 button before hitting the water and your character will lineup by herself. If takes away a little time from flipping and spinning, but you increase your chances of a good landing.
My strat, which is probably not as good as this one, but doesn't require any skill, was to jump, immediately press R2 and diagonally up left on the joystick. Release R2, before hitting the water. Cross my fingers. Retry. I would usually get it within the first 5 tries. Some low dives, might have taken about 20 tries (but with the retry feature, it's still about 5 minutes). It's possible to get gold in all the dives, without hitting the combo. I know for sure because I didn't even know about it and I got gold in all of them.
