I was actually very close to pulling the trigger on the Cobalt Q-6 slope when I came across this video. How would you compare it to the Cobalt? Is it still your go to?
Yes, I still love the Cobalt and it's one of the rangefinders I use the most for sure. There are two big downsides to it, and if either is a dealbreaker for you, then go with the TL1. 1) There's no magnet. 2) You can't view actual and slope adjusted distance simultaneously. The last one is so odd to me, but you have to flip the switch to change the yardage. I don't usually use slope mode that much, so it doesn't bother me a ton - but if you do, then that could get annoying if you like to compare the two numbers.
I used bushnell exclusively for 20 years. I saw this review and decided to try something new. I used the link and got it for $280. It’s outstanding, comparable or better than the bushnell x series.
@@breakingeighty I was blown away also! I just used the same deal and added a black (instead of yellow) cover, still paying less than $300. Can't wait to try it! Thanks for what you do.
Hi Sean: you mention in another of your videos that the Voice Caddie Laser Fit has triangulation capability - but you didn't mention that in the video recommending the TL1. Does the TL1 have this capability?
Trying to decide between the tl1 and precision pro titan elite. $280 vs $370 currently with discounts. The find my range finder is a great feature of the titan but the dual color display looks very nice! Decisions decisions.
I think it really comes down to how important the GPS is to you. It's awesome, but if you have an app or watch you already use, and won't leverage the GPS function - then the TL1 is the way to go. But if you DO want to use it for GPS, it's the one to go with.
Hi. What if you want to measure a hazard? Will it lock on or read a fairway bunker, or the other side of a pond or an actual tree you need to clear over top rather then just flag finder only?
It definitely is easy to get all of those readings with this. It wont vibrate generally like it does when it recognizes it locking onto the pin, but it's a high end rangefinder and is just as good at ranging those other elements as any other device I've used.

Can you review the voice caddie laser fit? I think it has a caddie mode and it’s a lot cheaper than cube
Is the TL1 still a good rangefinder at the end of 2024? Or for the price range should I buy something else? Thanks in advance ! Love the channel

Nope it’s just the laser fit that has it!

Ended up with the tl1, thanks for the detailed information and the breakingeighty code!!!@@breakingeighty
Bought during this Father’s Day sale. Not sure that 245 deal can be beat.
Same here, amazing buy!

Спасибо за обзор и сравнение!
Weird all the red on the case then a yellow (only) case.
So you don’t leave it on the cart. Yellow stands out.
@@matthollis1270I have the yellow case and have left it hanging the cart on 2 different occasions 😢
They sell other colors
Is there any 7x magnification rangefinders that you'd recommend in this price bracket?
