Rahu in the house of growth is good. But we need to see how close Rahu and Moon are? As the closer they are, Rahu's influence on Moon i.e, on mind and all the characteristics denoted by Moon and the 7th house as for Capricorn Ascendant Moon is the lord of 7th house will be more.
