Fun fact abt the song, the first phrase that keeps repeating in the background is actually in Arabic. I'm Arabic and it took me sometime to realize it. It's a sample from a very well-known song by the famous Lebanese singer Fairous (you certainly would love to discover her music) . It says "كوكو كوكو في البدرية" and it's pronounced "koukou koukou fi elbadrya". I loved the sample too much and i guess sm project of launching in Saudia and investing in Arab culture has just started.

It's funny. Kpop fans are never "sure" when it comes to Dem Jointz, because he challenges your musical horizons. You'll never get a traditional song structure or pop melody with him. Maybe it's because I'm already used to his style, but this was an instant banger for me. I fell in love with it on the first listen, especially the chorus. I personally like Stamp On It more than Step Back, but I like Step Back's choreography more. And I agree with you on Karina and Winter not feeling like rookies in GOT anymore. The group feels more cohesive now and like they have more chemistry, which is great because they're releasing a whole mini album together. I really enjoyed your reaction!

What I love about Got is that BoA and Taeyeon are able to do something out of there usual comfort zone, just like Taemin in SuperM. Taeyeon, I love her, but solo wise her releases are pretty similar. She's a great singer, but she barely plays with her voice. Her more agressive singing at the beginning of the song is everything I wished for. When it comes to BoA: she also kind of started to have similar releases everytime she had a cb. I'm sure that Step back and maybe Stamp on It could've influenced that she recorded Forgive Me. BoA did a lot of very cool songs back then, but as I said the stuff she did in the past few years were more on the safe side.
