    Palak - Gongura Dal
    Ingredients:-
    For Dal :
    Chana dal - 1/2 cup
    Toor Dal - 1/2 Cup
    Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
    Hing - 1/4 tsp
    Water - 3 cups
    Add all the above ingredients in a pressure cooker and cook for 3 whistles on medium flame or till the dal is cooked till soft.
    Palak - 3 bunches
    Gongura- 1 bunch
    Garlic cloves- 7
    Green chillies- 5
    Mustard- 1/2 tsp
    Cumin - 1/2 tsp
    Red chillies- 3
    Curry leaves- 2 sprigs
    Onion - 1
    Turmeric- Pinch
    Salt - To Taste
    Oil - 1 tb spn
    Water - As Required
    Ghee - 1 tb spn
    In kadai add oil, mustard, red chillies and let them splutter then add cumin, curry leaves, crushed garlic cloves, onion, salt and sauté it. Now add Spinach and Sorrel Leaves and stir fry it once they are cooked add boiled dal, salt, water and bring it to a boil. In the last add Ghee and adjust seasonings.
    Serve it with Hot Rice
