If you ment the audiospectrum, it's not that complicated (but expensive) --> you just have to make different layers with the audiospectrum effect in AfterEffects (thats the expensive part) and vary with this one Option which is 90 by Default ( I'm sorry, I own a german version so i dont know the Name :P ). 2. If you ment the effects Happening to the logo, I'd like to know it too ;) Hope I could help you somehow
