This is the best most accurate version of the sword of omens in the world
You've made me cry! BEAUTYFULL!!!!
+Instituto Baviera Thank you
The Sword of Omens, is the most majestic sword ever designed! Thank you for bringing this sword to life. I look forward to ordering both castings of this version, in the near future.
Glad you like it.
This is the closest I have ever seen anyone get to a screen accurate sword of omens, not even tony swatton from early man at arms videos could produce better than what you made here. I can never thank you enough for doing honor to the actual design of perhaps one of the most beautiful sword designs I've ever seen. Thank you
Thank you, glad you like it. I've done a version with the little triangular pieces in the fuller at the end of the guard as well, but there is no video (since it's mostly the same as this one).
@@brotherbanzai I would personally love to see a version of the short sword, I think I am probably far from alone on that as well. I always thought the closed eye of thundera would look with the eye done in copper, and the iris itself in brass
This has to be the most beautiful rendition of that sword that I have seen to date. Clearly a labor off love. As usual your workmanship and attention to detail astound. You sir are an artist and an true craftsman.
one thing i can appreciate is DETAIL, refinement in making it look like a real sword while keeping the feel of the ones they are based in, and of course having the full quality of one. i gotta say this is quality, you have my admiration!
Thank you.
Badass! I really want to see a live action version of Thundercats.
Some of the best craftsmanship ive ever witnessed
paul ballard Thank you
Wow the silver and green combination looks awesome.
Thank you, very kind of you to say so.
Truly beautiful work.
Man, this sword is wonderful! 'm amazed with your job! Congratulations!
Thank you.
I always have been a fan of that sword. And you have the best work of all i has seen
Thank you.
oh my god... the little boy in me just freaked out with joy!! i can't believe you can make this. i mean, of course you can, but it just never dawned on me that someone would!
Glad you like it :)
The wax patterns are coated with a colloidal silica and fused silica sand. It's called the ceramic shell lost wax casting process.
De todas las que ví esta es la mejor , es la más fiel al dibujo , las proporciones también me parecen perfectas , felicitaciones ! Cómo que gustaría tener una ! 😀
a new video at last! i have been waiting eagerly for something new :-) great stuff, but i didn't expect less :-) can't wait for the next one...
Sword of Omens,Let Me See
Sight Beyond Sight..

Wow!
I want that freaking sword! That is wickedly sick! I salute you for pulling that off
Thank you.
Glad you like it.
The pommel is where the batteries go in, Right?
your skill is admirable. thank you for posting
+Dwayne Alistair Thomas Thanks, and you're welcome
I agree, the silver really looks good for this particular design. I sent it off to be silver plated, cost about $350. Gold probably wouldn't look a whole lot different than polished bronze, bet it would be pretty pricey though given the current cost of gold.
Depends entirely on what you want, what you know, and how much time you have to put into it. Search for "paint can forge" to see how it can be done small and cheap, on up to thousands and thousands.
This is, without a doubt, the most precisely accurate real-life forgery of the Sword of Omens that I have ever seen, and probably the most detailed, accurate and simply best version currently in the whole world.
The only way to really describe how accurate this forgery is to source material is that it 'is' the Sword of Omens - thats how accurate it is.
You are the most incredible blade forger I have ever seen on the internet. I only wish I could afford to commission you for one myself, if i had the money I would order one from you immediately.
Congratulations for this absolutely phenomenal piece of craftmanship.
Thank you very much.
ps, a hammered piece of steel is a forging or forged whatever, a forgery is something else entirely.
brotherbanzai you are absolutely right - I only just realised I accidentally used the word forgery (meaning a fake replica) instead of the correct terminology. Thank you for pointing it out.
When I have the money, I will definately be ordering this Sword of Omens from you.
May I also congratulate you on bringing my favourite childhood sword to life :-) Out of curiosity, if you were to sell one, what price range would it be?
Ch_ard 136 "forgery" I'll assume that's a mistake.
As always,
amazing job!
- A fan
amazing work !
Beautiful sword!!!
Thanks
AMAZING, SPECTACULAR, PERFECT, LEGENDARY
Thank you.
Wow!!! Perfection , that was an amazing job. Congrats brother

+Ivan Attard Thank you.
dude that was the most amazing epic forging I ever see you and I love the sword of omens you are the first person ever made this and I love for is great job my friend ^_^
Usted es bienvenido y gracias
Thanks. The round red piece is made from an acrylic resin.
Thank you. The coolest thing about the Kurgan sword was the way it could be disassembled. Unfortunately there isn't currently any way to replicate that on a functional sword.
holly crap ! That´s awesome !
Thanks :D
Very cool. And admirable that you were able to make this in such a small confined space unlike other blacksmiths that have entire shops. Good job man :)
Thanks, working in that small space was a pain in the butt, finally have a dedicated shop myself.
brotherbanzai Glad to hear it. You deserve it!
Thanks!
Yes I made it. I made a mold of the shape I wanted and then cast it in colored acrylic resin.
Thunder. Thunder! THUNDER! THUNDERCATS! HOOOOOO!
Awesome work o__o
Cool work
This is so great, it should have much more views
Thanks
Nice job! Just looked at your website and must say your work is amazing.

Espada forjada ao fogo da justiça e lealdade! Parabéns 👏👏👏👏👏🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷😎
its beautiful
Thank you.
Thank you :)
Looking forward to the next video
I don't teach at this time. I started working with bronze around 12 years ago and steel about 5 or 6 years ago. I learned how to work with bronze by working at a bronze foundry for several years and doing a lot of research on my own. I learned how to make blades by reading and research.
Woooooooow, it´s perfect, bles you friend, you made it exactly, best of all i ever seen, congratulations
Thanks you very much.
Breathtaking.
Thank you
beautiful sword
Thanks
Shnarff, that is a fine looking sword shnarff!
You should make a long video of you using all your swords
graciasmil por seguir subiendo videos de tus excelentes trabajos te imagino en una reencarnacio en el pasado como el armero orfebre de las cortes reales con un postgrado con merlin. saludos desde calif.
Great, I need this to order for tunder cats sword. Thank you
Nice job!
Thanks!
My opinion on craftsmanship only goes as far as finding Inhibitor Ore and Sacred Wood on Tales of Symphonia to create a Key Crest for a Cruxis Crystal (ikr), but thats craftsmanship is outstanding. Your skill is what we pray for when we order cosplay items from Amazon.
+Shawn Sean Thank you
Awesome!
You deserve way more subs
I guess a meatball sub would be nice, or a cuban, I like cuban subs.
WOW!!!!! FANTASTIC!!!!!
Glad you like it :)
great work.
Thanks.
Again, another piece of art. If I had the cash to buy all the swords I would like to have... :D
Ah, would love to see an attempt to make the Sting, Frodo's sword. :)
Thanks for explaining. I thought it was either acrylic or glass. It looks great.
very awesome
That's badass
Thanks
This is some fine work. So is the Power sword. Your website has some great art and is bookmarked for me. I will be saving up for a sword of omens. Perhaps a non-extended version will be available by then.
Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you at some point.
i like ur little tiger thingy on the sword how much did u get it for or did u make it to?
Thanks.
Unbelieveable.
Thanks!
Wow!!! Awesome!!!
Thanks!
That is truly amazing.
Glad you like it.
The level of craftsmanship is just ridiculous. I have never seen a replica done at home this well detailed. You hold my respect, this is really impressive.
***** Thanks. Just finished a pattern welded long sword and a replica of the heavy spear and wizards amulet form the movie Dragonslayer.
Are you familiar with the manatarms channel? He does some pretty impressive work by a non blacksmith's perspective, but as an artist craftsman, and blacksmith, I think you're a bit superior even though there are obvious that would make the argument unfair. I mean, he's got a team of three maybe five other people to help him, so yeah. If you did as many projects as him, there'd be no contest.
adoboawesome I've seen his stuff, he does very nice work. Though making swords for movies is a bit different than making them for use or as art objects. He has to be fast and efficient while long term durability isn't necessarily the highest concern.
Thanks
Thanks for the info!

If you look at the other custom blades on the website listed at the end of the video and in the vid description, you can get an idea of the prices for custom work. I don't know what the sword you're asking about looks like or what materials it's made of.
Thanks, I can ship pretty much anywhere, the question is whether or not Customs in your country allow the importation of swords. That I wouldn't know.
It is beautiful.
Thank you
brotherbanzai. can i order one?
If you email me at the address shown on my website you can.
Another vid....another triumph.
There are so many blades I would love to see your take on but if I had to pick one I would suggest the sword of the Kurgan from Highlander...but that could be a bit boring for you judging by your previous works.
Dude I would love to see you re imagine the Robin of Locksley sword from the Prince of theives movie.
Anyway thanks again for another masterpeice....you're a slayer.
When you make those wax parts, you coat them with something to allow the wax to melt out, what is that stuff? I would like to do something similar, but I don't know what that material is. Thanks, and great work!
perfeita espada justiceira! requinte nos detalhes
Your work is amazing i am subscribing to your channel

Cool video 👍
What a beautiful sword...! Really reminds me of my childhood. I have one before...but its just a toy...looking at this sword being made in real life really makes me wanna bcome lion-o now 🤣
Glad you like it

That's what I keep telling people.
Two questions?
1. How much to make one
2 can you make the sword of Omens from 2011 thundercats show
For me it is.
Amazing...
Thanks
perfeita réplica!!
Thank you
Hay algunos grandes foros en línea donde se puede aprender lo básico, aunque los únicos que conozco están en Inglés.
This is... oh, what's the technical term?
