Nice video. I want to give a counterpoint esp PSU companies where taking advantage of buy back better for investor. Last year as per me several PSU gave max dividends, buy back etc to investors and also main investor Govt of India. Now some of PSU companies performance and divident on lower side e.g. is Engineers India Ltd. 2 questions a. Has EIL been affected because of last year buy back ?
B. What is short term expectation- divident etc of EIL
Pls give your opinion with numbers.
In EIL case, they have got less orders. Revenue on you basis plus profits down by 50%.
So it's more of business issue in engineers india.
If q4 gives good result then rerating can happen.

I have opeted last buy back of TCS and after buy back wants to get back but never got that prize for the same stock.
It is always advised not to opt for buy back.

Sir why you going so far, just now recently Ajanta Pharma shares 25th Feb I received buyback sold amount, Ajanta Pharma promotor buyback at 2450 Rs each share, but during the buyback shares fall 1632 Rs, and now after completing buyback 15 days complete but shares trading at 1716 -1788 range

Yes , you had explained very nicely but today the market price of TCS is 3600 ₹ and offer for sale is fetching me 4500 ₹ so I have bought today at 3600 and will subscribe my old 50 shares for offer for sale at 4500 ₹ .

Hi Sir, today I bought 46 shares of TCS. I understand that only 44 shares will qualify for retail category. If I sell 2 shares tomorrow , will I qualify for retail category? Pls. Suggest. Thanks
It's not like that. It depends on record date price. Multiply by no. Of share. It should be less than 200000.
Say record date price is 4000(assume) * 46 ( your share) = it's less than 2 lac. You are good to go.

BPCL is evergreen share.There is nothing to lose in BPCL if you buy between 290 to 324.BPCL gives 45 to 70 Rs dividend every year.If there is profit of 10 to 15%' then sell half quantity.Again when the price comes down then buy the same sold qty.
