- In this video: Jeff is back, well most of him anyways. After a shoulder injury he needs to make some modifications to the shop and change the ways he does things. Today's project is making a trailer hitch mount for a lawn tractor so he may easily move trailers around the outside work space.

Had the same thing five years ago, did the exercises and now it is 100% I got most of it back in a year. For me at first the exercises made it worse but I kept with it and it started to open up. It is painful and frustrating but you will get through it brother.

I feel ya man. Im only 30 but ive hurt my back a few years ago and have had to lightn up on how hard i work myself. Im about to motorize a hand truck with a riding mower axle and wheelchair motor so i can move things around easy and make junkyard runs easier. Im gonna try it on my Kobalt 24v 4.0 battery to see how long it'll last.
back injuries are horrible! im 30 as well, and i have really hurt my back quite a few times over the past 10 years. i fell into the mechanic's pit at my last job about 3 months ago. landed on my back against the concrete steps, then tumbled face first into the ground about 6ft down. i gave myself pretty serious whiplash. i have to be extremely careful with what i do now, and unfortunately, i cant even get a job right now, because i am scared to burn bridges... i could get hired right now if i wanted to, but when i injure myself in 3 days time, ill have to quit, or get fired, and then im never working at that place again... and a complex agreement has left me without any benefits from that previous job... no employment insurance, no workers compensation, nothing... so im putting around with a new project truck i picked up, and making more youtube videos again. every day i try to push a little harder, just to try and get my neck and back working like how they used to...
