greats points on how sense of terroir can be obscured! i am curious to know though if inoculated yeast can be identified like when drinking the wine, or on the label, or by other means?
Good question, it can be identified with in a proper laboratory, unfortunately beyond the means of a typical winery lab!
When I can actually get back to the UK, I'll definitely pop in. Hopefully at Christmas. Thanks for all your help with my wine studies.
