I was wondering if you could explain to me the minerals in chapter 4. I don’t understand the logic behind the proportions. How do you know the proportions for each minerals ?
You have to retrieve powder from the gun from the previous room and put it into the separator. The separator will then tell you the composition as shown on the blackboard, and then you can correspond the values of each element to their icon. The blackboard shows many elements but you only need 3

From my understanding, everyone dissappears because without the ability to go back in time, they never met, therefor they were never there. Leonardo finishes his art work. The apprentice maybe never made it out of jail... I don't know and Borgia would be doing things that Borgia does... that's how I understood it, anyway :)

I didn’t understand the ending. The last part takes place in Palestine at some kind of temple, but there is no year, no city name. What does that final scene represent? What does the temple represent? Do you know?
Read the Chronicles from the main menu. The last level takes places hundreds or thousands of years in the past. The temple is the origin of the story. That's were the king went when he discovered the gate in Palestine. Basically, it all comes down to an old and much more developed civilization. The game also talks about the nephilim, giants from the Bible days. Or it could be just an interpretation about supernatural beings or aliens.
