Hilariously, the Kingpin actually did this; he copyrighted Spider-Man's appearance and started selling merchandise. When Spidey was pissed about this Kingpin said he was welcome to challenge him in court - where he'd have to reveal his true identity. It was so diabolically evil.

I'm sorry to say this but I'm still waiting for the moon rescue mission animation.
I think that the best part of when Shaun does these is that he goes the extra distance to animate whenever someone flubs while speaking. Seeing those face spasms is pretty great!

It's funny because at the end, Peter reveals to aunt May that he's Spiderman. Though she ain't suprise because she already new. Tying into the joke that everyone knows it's Peter.

Obviously it's a bit of a give-away when Spidey jumps out of his bedroom window in costume, but it would be way more obvious if he did it without the costume.
I remember in the Ultimate series where Nike Fury revealed to Spider-man that he had a plan to take him down because his backstory could easily be the backstory of a villain.
I love the "everyone knows Peter is spiderman" joking here because the end of the game really does suggest that literally everyone knows

I feel like none of the villains caught on everyone knows who's Spiderman. But I think in terms of Superman all the villains know but they want him to keep his identity a secret for their sake because if Kent was a full superhero and not a journalist, that's more time fighting Lex and Metallo and other villains.
It's like if Batman was so bored he'd be super alert at even the smallest crime sorta deal.
