Can flare remove the stealth from the hero?
No it removes stealth from minions only
From a 1-4 that MIGHT draw a card at the start of your turn if it survives to a 1-2 that guarantees you draw a card the turn you play it XD
mark, fyi, since wild plus flare is usually only used for secrets.
but flare also removes stealth :D

If you are talking about Runi, she was one of the new cards (i.e. not buffed reprints) from the caverns of time set released for the first release of twist.
