KennethLingad I don’t think that would make much of a difference, we now only use around 10% of our brains, so more brains would not make a difference with how smart we are going to be, loads of big animals with big brains aren’t smarter then us.

Oceania, is not a continent by definition, but since New Zealand, The Pacific Islands and Papua New Guinea, are the leftovers and are not part of a continent, it would either be part of Micronesia, Oceania and/or Polynesia.

The deeper the bottom, the more sand and other materials you will need. The more materials that requires to make your island/continent the more money it will cost. So basically (that doesn’t mean for any case) the further you are from the other continents, the deeper the bottom in the sea will be. Did you mention this life noggin?

What about the side effects of a new continent? I’ve heard in stories where a suddenly-introduced new continent (admittedly made VERY fast) caused issues in things like weather patterns that could possibly destroy the world.

Artificial continents go quite a ways back to the time of the Aztecs. They compacted mud and stuff to make chinampas to build the foundation for Tenochtitlan, which is modern day Mexico City.
