Start doing a morning run or jog, and try/practice running exclusively on your toes. There's another fix that most don't have the style for(that's not a judgement, it just is what it is). But you can get cheap platforms that are basically the old "big shoe" to treat fallen/falling arches, from goth shoe companies. I found a pair of demonia shoes in a thrift store near my old job in my very early 20s. I don't mind the look much as I often have tendency to look like a punk rock Mickey mouse or something like that, lol I'm weird. I get most people wouldn't want to be caught dead in what are goth platforms, but it's a decent lower-budget option for treatment. Don't rub in them or turn on the heel or stuff like that tho, they're usually pretty cheap. And don't buy Chinese knock offs from Ali either, they'll be too narrow and not have the right arch.
Oh my point, I had 80% fallen arches when I picked those shoes up and I generally suffer from sometimes serious compression issues, I'd literally gained a half inch in real height and for the first time ever had an arch on the outside of my feet after like 2 months or a little less of wearing those chunky shoes. I recommend a good school uniform style blazer if you can't imagine how to deal with such an accessory.
Falling arches? Grab an old glass coke bottle and sit down in a chair. Remove all footwear and start rolling your feet on top of bottle over your sagging arches using a bit of pressure. Keep exercising your feet on bottle over and over daily. I know this helps restore your tired arches. I was 9 when my mom noticed I had flat feet. She took me to a foot specialist and this was one of the exercises I did for a long time. The other one was using a towel on the floor sitting down on same chair and using your feet / toes to pull towel under towards you till you have completely brought it all towards you. Do that 10 time daily. After several months of these exercises I no longer had FLAT FEET. It sucked for a girl to have flat feet in beautiful shoes. When I walk in water bare foot and walk on sidewalk I see I actually now have an arch as before my feet were flat as a board. 🙋♀️🥰

Lol hes right.... I spend like 300$+ onmy work boots but buy cheap ass socks. I wont wear wool in the summer i only wear them in winter if im outside. I do buy decent wool 1s (atleast 90%) but never heard of these.will give a try
I love them, my feet are very happy in work boots all day and yes i wear them around the house. I even recently wore them on a 95 degree day while touring Fort McHenry and my feet were not hot. Expensive? Maybe, but worth it.
I don't have any problems with my cotton socks and I don't wear socks in the house, the last time I did I slipped on the kitchen floor and fractured my hip and had a hip replacement...
Cotton socks are the best. If you buy them in six packs you are probably looking at sub-par. Sure good cotton socks are very difficult to find but so aren't good wool socks. I have tried wool socks many times and find cotton 110% superior. I have cotton socks i have had and worn for years. Wool socks never wear more than once.
your socks are not wool, from your page in the link, " 54% Wool, 40% Nylon, 6% Elastic". I can get cotton sock blends that stay comfortable, last almost forever at a third of the price. I used to buy wool socks far less a blend than yours, but cannot find them anywhere.

Fabric softener is really a bad term. They should call it what it really is and says on the bottle: fabric conditioner. A conditioner simply slightly moisturizes a fiber so that it can remain strong and durable. A dry fiber is more susceptible to micro cuts and scrapes. These micro cuts and scrapes leads to a break down in the material. The result is the cotton becomes brittle and scratcy and a lot of the good material ends up in the lint trap or in the bottom of your shoe.
It's ridiculous they call them "wool socks" when they are only 40% wool at most. Since they are 58% nylon, the socks should be labeled as nylon socks. I have other socks that are thinner and 80% wool. Socks should be more wool than anything else to be labeled as wool.

I go through a 6 pack of socks like this every couple years. It would be great if they actually do replace them when I wear them out. And yes I am talking about Merino wool socks that cost $20+ per pair.
A "lifetime warranty" means whatever time the company determines are the lifetime of their product....not your lifetime.
If these are 57% nylon wouldn't that make them nylon socks not wool, and how when listing the materials do you not start with the highest amount first?
I wish they weren’t so busy. They look like a speed boat. Sporty. I’m 50. I just want subtle design and texture.
There's another brand out there that makes an incredible wool sock. He also started Smartwool and sold the company, then later started Point6 with a better strand of wool. Why would you name your company Grip6?
Quit wearing socks altogether I quit wearing socks About 3 years ago I just wear sandals or crocs Even in the Winter My feet have never been healthier
Cool thx for information
I work in a factory , it’s hot in summer, I wear heavy work boots what type of socks would you recommend for this type of environment ?
Lol hes right.... I spend like 300$+ onmy work boots but buy cheap ass socks. I wont wear wool in the summer i only wear them in winter if im outside. And most people dont even know that their socks are not wool. So many people buy thick bs socks and think its wool after not even reading the ingredients. Wool is the only thing that will maintain your body heat when wet so why would i buy a pair of 90% cotton 10% or spandex when ima be out in the cold. I do buy decent wool 1s (atleast 90%) but never heard of these.will give a try
I’m 70 cotton sock make my feet happy with a little corn starch and at bed time some hand cream
on my feet . I’ll repost at 140 years old .
I have sweaty feet problems...now what.
Dude you said what I needed to hear cottons out but “performance materials” bite wool to the rescue!
Is this the same guy who invited the belt?
No, but they are close friends :)
@@GRIP6 fa real looks like a brother or twin. Even the same mannerisms.
Grip6 socks are worth every penny you’ll spend on them. I’ve been wearing them every day for years and love them.
I thought I saw the Scranton strangler for a second.
I love them, my feet are very happy in work boots all day and yes i wear them around the house. I even recently wore them on a 95 degree day while touring Fort McHenry and my feet were not hot. Expensive? Maybe, but worth it.
Eleiko uses the same sound for the background in their videos too
Not wearing wool anything in the Florida sun. I wear Iron Heart Engineer Sox. 65% cotton 35% poly blend. The best sox ever.
I'm allergic to wool so I can't buy these wonderful socks.
This commercial is worse
You dont have my size in a boot sock. I've checked 3 times
Where can you even get cotton socks!?!?
Everything has spandex woven in.
Cotton is best.
Wool is itchy and makes you sweat! 😝
Great, but I'm allergic to Wool
I don't have any problems with my cotton socks and I don't wear socks in the house, the last time I did I slipped on the kitchen floor and fractured my hip and had a hip replacement...
Yes YOU should never wear socks in the house . That sucks about your hip , I hope you are not living in pain because of it.
I wear slippers with soles in the house.
Never having social media never having a pellet grill never changing anything because I don’t need to and don’t want to
🤣😂
I thought wool was itchy
Can u put wool in dryer?
No they aren't. All the synthetics make my feet sweat. It's almost impossible to find good cotton socks nowadays though.
Unfortunately, I'm allergic to wool
I wear bamboo made socks ,wonderful
I didn't know bamboo could knit.
Not if you hive when your skin comes in direct contact with wool.
"Cotton socks are bad, m-ka-aaaay?" (Say it using a South Park Mr. Mackie voice)
If I wear anything but cotton, my feet stink so bad it unhealthy
I miss wearing socks.
Unless of course wool makes you immediately itch - like me.
your socks are not wool, from your page in the link, " 54% Wool, 40% Nylon, 6% Elastic".
I can get cotton sock blends that stay comfortable, last almost forever at a third of the price.
I used to buy wool socks far less a blend than yours, but cannot find them anywhere.
80% wool is BEST!
Ward, NZ
Are they better than jc fields, Canadian sock company.
Have worn smart wool year round long time,,hiking or just everyday being feet..would rather support small company...2 concerns do not like nylon, smart wool has some cotton, works for me..sizing..amazing femsil..size 6 shoe..would they fit???
Smart wool my feet do not sweat..hiking long periods..
Wow I'm so bored I'm looking at socks.
Get fabric softener
Fabric softener is really a bad term. They should call it what it really is and says on the bottle: fabric conditioner.
A conditioner simply slightly moisturizes a fiber so that it can remain strong and durable. A dry fiber is more susceptible to micro cuts and scrapes. These micro cuts and scrapes leads to a break down in the material. The result is the cotton becomes brittle and scratcy and a lot of the good material ends up in the lint trap or in the bottom of your shoe.
