shes literally still good. its just oki nerfs and qfc3 being -ob... (which no one used in neutral anyways, not even from feisty rabbit mixup). the damage nerfs from d3 added up yes but she has pretty good things to work with.

@@iCrestfalleN it was her best quick one yes but it was too versatile. i will say tho i agree after playing her shes struggling a bit. its not fair too since xiao lowk busted n she doesnt get that touched. in open stages for lili she has df 3+4 3+4 into bt d2 as a new oki instead of old 3+4 qfc3; for wall splat enders its better now to do 2 db2 into df1 for that flip. yes the damage was nerfed overall and almost all is unsafe on her or slow now but i think her long legs and sidestep can make it up for it, esp after the ss4 ch buff. abuse lili's spacing options i think itll be fine. they really want her to be a full on turtle character again, with ff2 punish on whiff and everything else she reg does (3,2) (qcf 4) (ss uf3) (b1 dewglide cancels) and her punishes. crazy her df3 doesnt seem to have much use anymore high level. thas all :)

@@iCrestfalleN u can sometimes slide in the qfc 2 alone and hit confirm on hit but u lose ur turn if blocked, maybe qcf14, qcf3+4 doesnt track so practically useless. her regained move qcf 1+2 being a powercrush at only -13 is acc not that bad so maybe use it if they intterupt a lot. her ws4 from dewglide can also be mixed with d3 ff4 ff3. id say her overall game now is not mixup heavy anymore but more as i said space control and very punish heavy. ss1+2 into matterhorn also still works lowlevel and whenever op uses too many highs, same with db3. and her u3+4 cheeses some options or leaves u bt for bt2 or 3 if timed correctly. her bt 3+4 also chips quite good damage and most ppl dont interrupt it bc of odd hitbox.
