I love you pastor John. You don’t know me from Adam, but your sermons are a delight to me and an encouragement to many of us on-the-line. Hope your family has a wonderful Thanksgiving
The end of Revelation 19:10 is another verse that can open our eyes to the importance of the entirety of God's Word. "Worship God! For the witness of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” Great sermon Pastor John connecting dots such as Gen 3:15 that far to many overlook. We have recorded for us in, (Gen 3:15), what is known as the "protoevangelium", it is the very first promise of our Lord and Savior to come. From before creation our Father in heaven knew He'd have to save us from ourselves and that is why He came/sent His Son, (Jhn 3:16-17, Jhn 10:30, Jhn 14:10-11), to do for us what we could never do, (Col 2:14), freely and loving giving us the Spirit of Grace, (Eph 2:8), salvation, eternal life, found only by, in and thru Him, (Jhn 14:6). All glory, praise and honor to our great God and Savior Jesus Christ. Num 6:24-26 for you, yours and all those around you.
I am currently watching a sermon from Tommy Nelson of Denton Bible Church here in Texas on Romans. This video is a very pleasant surprise. Bless you John
There is none righteous... except... didn't even take long to find it... 5 In the days of Herod, king of Judea, there was a priest named Zechariah, of the division of [h]Abijah; and he had a wife [i]from the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elizabeth. 6 They were both righteous in the sight of God, walking blamelessly in all the commandments and requirements of the Lord.
Are you in that new covenant of Jeremiah? Scripture connections Psalm 119:142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law (Torah) is the truth. Jesus also identifies himself with truth. Many commenters try to claim that is a new definition of truth that replaces or overrides the definition of Torah as truth. Jesus himself refutes that claim and confirms the Torah is truth. Scripture can't be broken, annulled, made of no effect. John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. The word is the Torah. Building off this understanding of the Torah is truth the book of 1 John tells us if you don't practice the commandments, the TRUTH isn’t in you. 1 John 2:4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth (torah) is not inside him. 1 John has several verses related to this "truth in you" connected to doing the commandments. What is the significance of 1 John's statement of truth/torah/law not inside someone? THIS REALITY SHOULD LEAD SOMEONE TO QUESTION THEIR STANDING IN THE NEW COVENANT! JER 31 33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put >>MY TORAH
God meant to teach his people about him and his son (the only begotten) when he freed them from Egypt but they sinned, denied him and said just give us a law and leave us alone, so God gave the law out of his anger. He told Moses when he spoke to him on the mount to not tell any about my only begotten son except those that believe. Moses never did tell anyone this answers your question in the beginning about people from the old testament and how they were saved not knowing Christ but they did know! The LDS bible explains this and it also makes sense.
Total misunderstanding and misdefinition of grace and faith. If you define grace and faith like our dictionary, the Tanach, does all of a sudden, magically, both sides agree. If you want to enter eternal life, keep the commandments
Another great presentation of the Gospel! Praise the King! 👑
Thank you Pastor John Lovell nd gcr ♥🔥
Great job John

It took me longer than I'd like to admit to realize it's king David 🤦 well done John, God is using you magnificently

Oh Job My favorite book you do recognize that after he calls upon Christ his situation changes as it does for all of us
Thank you for sharing this. I had this question a few weeks ago. This makes perfect sense to me
Abraham believed and that was credited as righteousness. The faith in God hasn’t changed. We believe He will save us.
Are those NLP teaching techniques, if so are they compliable with Bible Mr Lovell? Or just speaking from the heart Mr Lovell?😕❤

Your wrong john. It's tomahawk, not feather.

Neat story, except that it's wrong, doesn't make sense, and contrary to the Torah and the rest of the old testament.
