I think i have used DHT11 only here.

You can use i2c lcd but you need to update code. How to update code that I have already explained in my i2c lcd video. Please watch that video
How could the back of the common and simple Vcc and GND board be shown and not the back of the more complicated LCD setup not shown?

No without pot lcd will not work.
That is used to control the brightness of lcd.
You can use I2c lcd which does not require any additional circuit.please watch my i2c lcd basic video from playlist.

You require male to female, female to female and male to male connecting wires

Reverse way means ?
Motor turn off when no rain and turn on when i put water on rain sensor. Same with moisture sensor.
@@KunalKishor-ep8dh i think you did not watch complete video. I explained in video my relay is active low and may be your relay is active high.
That means my relay need low signal to turn on and high signal to turn off.
Your relay is active high that means in code you have to change high to low and low to high for relay

You need a soldering gun and metal and do soldering. I think you should watch basic videos about soldering
Hi thanks for this, just one question. Only when I use the digitalWrite as LOW then only relay is ON (MOTOR is ON) and so why is this, is there any reverse logic applied?

You need to remove the rain sensor module code otherwise the project will stuck

its good to use a breadboard just in case u want to employ multiple sensors

I am waiting for this question from long time..good question.. atleast some one observed this...this is because current consumption..when motor on Arduino need more current but laptop power is not sufficient to provide current for both lcd and motor ..
