- We got a brand new BMW S1000RR for this racing season. And it's time to make it a race-winner. The number one item to install was an Akrapovic Racing Line exhaust that sounds insane and will make it faster. Here's how we did it.

I have same bike same exhaust.... when the camera guy reaches the angle that shows the Allen bolt on the left inside of the muffler is that to remove the baffle? Or does this not come with a baffle? Because I took that screw out and the piece that is beveled where the screw goes cannot pull pass the carbon fiber tip if I were to pull that metal outlining out

Did you notice a change in engine braking after installing the system?
I installed mine and noticed a big decrease in engine breaking and also when I spray soapy water on the joints it bubbles up meaning the joints leak and it's ALL of the slip joints.
I've tried re-assembling it, it's as tight as possible and still leaks at every joint, but it's only noticeable with soapy water, I'm not sure if that's normal or not....

The gas leaks are normal, you should map the ECU

You guys dint get problems with Oxygen sensor diffrent size of oxygen sensor,?

Euro 5 etc just kill the bike. Bikes should be excluded from that.

How many race teams using the S1000RR use Brentune all over the world? Exactly, absolute fookin nonsense.
Not my point, without a flash exhaust mods are largely a waste of time (in terms of power gains)

I put one on mine but it didn't make a lot of difference, maybe because it is euro 4
