Looks nice and fresh. I noticed that you avoided added spices which is a first for Indian cooking 😂 I shall try this, not keen on celery but my wife always has some in the fridge so will give it a try. Here in England food advisers always say not to reheat rice but Asia as a whole recooks rice. I wonder if that is similar in Canada with regards to not reheating rice. I guess if soy sauce was added it would discolour the fresh looking basmati rice.

You cannot do timepass in Chinese. He is not even able to stir properly😂😂😂. In Chinese stirring/cooking should be fast as it is cooked on high flame.
