This was really good and helpful. It clarifies why I spontaneously tend to want to pick up sticks and play with them when I go out for runs.
It seems to me that one of the major challenges, especially for nerds, is that one develops a center of thinking or being in the region of the head and neck that is not particularly well connected to the actual center of gravity. Animals don't have this problem and so they have a fluidity of movement that most humans can only admire but not successfully mimic merely by trying. The tryer keeps getting in the way, showing itself in embarrassing awkwardness.
It seems that these movement arts might be the only real pathway back absent authentic egolessness.
So you inspire me to possibly get one of those little trampolines. Although I think if I fell off it like you did I might have to cut the filming to call an ambulance.
    Are those Lems you're wearing?

Yeah man. I've been training with a broom stick for a long time. I have clubs and also a finger-tip grip medicine ball at low weights. I've been using a rope as well and doing a lot of full body movements with that. A lot of people call it rope flow. Been doing a lot of flow arts for years but cool to use them as training tools and get more full body awareness.
