Depende de la situación en la que te encuentres hay situaciones que debes recurrir a otros métodos para salir victoriosos pero uno de los puntos de contraataque en una situación donde el agresor no esta preparado si no que la intención es agredir es muy efectiva ya que será vital para lograr salir ilesa o ileso.😊😉😘

Muy bueno el video. Me gust'o sobre todo la primera técnica, que coloques tu pie sobre sus testículos luego de la llave es un incentivo a que se rinda y quede tranquilo, creo que movimientos que le permiten a la mujer controlar a un hombre sin usar mucha violencia pueden ser una valiosa herramienta en defensa personal. El resto del video también está muy bien hecho. Atacas multiples zonas, yo en el lugar del chico no saber el timing de tu patada a la entrepierna volvería muy complicado enfrentarte, el siempre poder quedar tirado de un golpe es una importante desventaja para un hombre

La verdad es que como bromas de fin de año, todo esto está muy divertido, solo que en la vida real, en un caso como el que intentan representar, esa chica no habría tenido mucho que hacer con esas técnicas y su velocidad y hoy estaríamos lamentado otro caso de violencia contra una mujer. Sean más responsables por favor y no creen falsas expectativas de seguridad con estas coreografías que no hacen más que mentirles a las mujeres que así se desarrollarán los acontecimientos, porque bien saben que ningún hombre se vería muy afectado físicamente por esos golpes y lo que harían sería más que nada molestarlos muy peligrosamente. Está bien que las mujeres sepan técnicas de defensa personal, pero deberían confiar más en su capacidad para huir, gritar y llamar la atención de otros hombres para que las protejan o de usar otros elementos como gas pimienta, una navaja o alguna sirena., antes que llevarlas a una confrontación que les resultaría fatal.

@@kathtaraz no it doesn’t. It hurts girls more than guys. The vulva has more nerve endings. Look at videos of women getting hit down there, it’s the same reaction (despite the women actually getting hit with less force and accuracy)
@@kathtaraz It hurts girls just as much if not more than guys. The vulva is packed with nerve endings (even more than the male package). The clitoris alone has approximately 8000-10,000 nerve endings and there’s an additional 15,500 nerve endings elsewhere in the vulva. the vulva is filled with a-delta and c-fibres which are pain receptors. You should watch videos on RUclips where women get kicked or punched down there (especially in MMA albeit the women tend to recieve softer hits) and still react similar to men.
@@kathtaraz Another thing, For example, in OB/GYN courses, whenever a woman is pregnant, the OB/GYN doctor inspects her pelvis to make sure is favorable for a natural birth. As you can see, kicking women in the groin can be painful as it can shatter those bones, and in turn those bones can cause internal lacerations which can lead to hemorrhaging, and potential death.
the female pelvis is highly compact and such a kick could cause the shattering of coccyx and pelvic bones, leading to much more excruciating pain vs when kicking a guy.
A kick to the groin could lead to cervical trauma which in turn can be a risk factor for an incompetent cervix, a complication a woman can experience during pregnancy.
A kick to the groin can also damage the uterine lining due to inflammation/infection which could result in the buildup of scar tissue, making implantation of the zygote very difficult, if not impossible.
@@kathtaraz Now of course, there are men who have taken hard hits to the groin and not react at all, I’ve seen men take hits to the testicles with bricks, hammers and punches and barely react.
I’ve seen some women take hits to the groin and not react (but usually those hits are soft and inaccurate most of the time since the vulva is a smaller target)
At the end, it’s all up to the individual’s pain tolerance, adrenaline rush and in the case of vulva vs testicles, the testicles are a bigger more vulnerable target, however the vulva is smaller and more tucked away.
Btw, I’ve seen many comments from girls saying it hurts like h3ll but this one stood out to me in particular. It was from a woman on Reddit and I quote: “I don't have balls to compare it to, but was kicked in the crotch by steel toed boots once and it made me vomit. Having given birth without medication, l'd rather do that again 5x over than be kicked in the crotch again.”
So I’m not really sure why you’re saying that, especially if you’re a girl because then I’d be surprised.
Hola Kathy, felicitaciones por el video, eres muy clara. Sin duda, creo que la técnica más efectiva para una mujer sigue siendo el golpe en los testiculos. Es importante practicar la técnica porque la patada tiene que ser certera y justa, una mala técnica puede terminar mal. La precisión es fundamental para que el impacto sea donde tiene que ser.
Por eso es importante tener alguien con quien practicarlo, yo lo practique con un amigo, no le patee duro pero le dio mejor precision en un caso real
