Can you please rank these colleges as you ranked MBA colleges in your previous video. Because now a days most of the B Pharm students are going for MBA Pharm and there is no such reliable ranking given to them.

arre bhai kisi XLRI vale se hi puch liye hote rankings ke baare mai. Anyone would have agreed that XL,MDI,TISS are together at the top. MDI HR has larger batch size than the people who take HR in SIBM, yet it has much higher average placements. Many HR competitions like Asian Paints Conundrum, etc. are reserved only for XL,TISS,MDI. However there isnt any case competition where SIBM is eligible and not MDI. Godrej comes to MDI for HR via LOUD but not TISS. HR Consulting firms also recruit more from MDI than TISS. Point being that while XL and TISS maybe the star cluster in HR, SIBM has no proper logic to be ranked above MDI in any rankings. Its just that they started their HR course before MDI and thats why we see more HR Directors from there. But its still not a good reason to prefer SIBM P over MDI. Sirf facts hi bola mai, koi one sided baat nhi ki.

How come IIM ranchi is the best b school for hr when all they offer is average CTC of 8-9lakh while tier-2 college like TAPMI has median salary as 13-14lpa
Sir hr jobs are 9 to 5 job it's a day job .. or like my friend working in Amazon have to work I'm a day shift for a month n then in night shift in another month..
Currently I'm pursuing my law , final year and I'm planning for mba but because of financial problem I can not afford colleges with high fees and going to take admission in college which is affordable . So my question , is it a fact that if we admit in college of high fame and fees , we will be liable for good package? Is it so ? Please answer my doubt

Don't go for it. Cuz you won't be able to get the best of developing a circle or connections in the campus and moreover u won't get the best of field work
Talk with alumni and current students to get a better understanding of the course and see if that aligns with your goals. It will help you in taking a more informed decision.
