Id love to see a report on why the blue line runs through the wealthy east side of i80 and not the much denser west side.

Our government is corrupt. However I have talked to the Sacramento natives and I disagree with what your claiming. Oak park was a really nice neighborhood just like the Elk Grove area. They started creating section 8 housing in those areas and that was what caused crime to go up. They weren’t forced to live there. At the time there was an awareness of who was committing the crimes, not making payments and they may have been classified to the point that people didn’t want them in certain areas. But that is normal tendency’s. If you loaned someone money and they didn’t pay you back. Would you loan them money again?

Asians, both Japanese and Chinese had it very hard here for a long time yet, somehow, are only bad at going to jail.

The oppression Olympics don’t work and Asians have always been used as the model minority which meant they were just some things that they weren’t treated as.
