I'm a part time smut writer (not on Wattpad). So I totally get it when you're reading a spicy scene aloud and you get embarrassed. When I write a short story and I read it out aloud to my editor, I can't help but feel like I'm invading the privacy of my own characters😭

The amount of mental breaks I had to do to keep myself from absolutely losing my mind from the second hand embarrassment and laughter so I wouldn’t wake my family up before the 6 minute mark is ghastly 😂😂😂 And as a person who can’t take spelling errors either, I totally understand the pain of reading them and then having to recalibrate your brain to figure out what they mean 😩😩

If it makes you feel better, something I've noticed from reading a sh!t ton of fanfic over the years, and from talking to my friends who write; is that a lot of the time when people write fan fic that's just solely smut (like this one) it's not really about *you* (or whoever). Like they're not just just sitting there thinking about fu¢k!ng you while they're writing this, it's a fictional character with you as a blueprint.
