Aaj mujhe aapka channel randomly mila but mujhe lagta hai iske peeche upar wale ka koi ishara tha aapki videos se to definitely sabhi ko motivation milti hogi didi but mai khud ko aapke jaisa feel kar rahi hu bas kami ye hai mujhme ki mai aapki tarah dedicate nhi ho pa rahi thi but i am sure aapki videos se aur aapke motivation se mai use bhi improve kar lungi... I am also a elder child of my parent and I have many responsibilities like you and one month ago i lost my father this is very heart broken to me 😢 but ab unki responsibilities maine le li hai mere bhi aapki tarah younger sister aur brother hai so that's why I have joined a private school for teaching and sath me neet ki preparation kar rahi hu mujhe nhi pata aage kya hoga but i promise di ab se mai bhi full efforts dungi bina result ki parwah kiye hue and didi mera bhi yt channel hai but wo grow hi na ho raha 😢😢😢

Didi padhai krte hue bht neend aati h after 2-2.5 hrs...k baad aur m soo jati hu 1-1.5 hrs k liye .... please help me and guide me ...kya ye normal hai
Try to have black coffee dear once in a day around 1 to 3 pm if possible or jbb nind aaye to sone mtt jao table chair pe hi apni studies continue rakho chahe aapko jo bhi pdh rahe ho vo smjh me na aaye fir bhi.... Adat hogyi h isliye aisa hota h so we need to get rid of it this same thing was happening with me I get rid of it like this only try doing it for a while make a mantra din me bed pe letne jana hi nii h unless and untill bhut tired ho jao.... Hope it helps

Dear my one of the friend is dealing with this same situation to please aap breathing yoga and meditation start kar do subah jldi uth ke continuously karo you will see the result within 15 days kbhi headache nhi hoga... He is having chronic migraine and no medicine is helping him but yoga is surely.... God bless uhh dear thk ho jayega please priorities your health ... Because health is wealth agar health thk nhi hoti n to bhut constraint aati h studies me so take the action at early stage 🙂

Mujhe to ghar ke kamo se mushkil se 4 se 5 hour milta hai 18 hour kaha se study karu main
Daily 18 hrs koi nhi kar pata dear exam ke time ki baat alag hai..... Aap agar dedicatedly pure saal 6hrs bhi de rahe ho to bhi thik h but exam ke upar depend karta h ki kitna time daily required hai usko clear krne ke liye....if you can't focus on your studies in day due to work... And follow some english speaking channel on youtube.... Focus on grammar and practice more n more bcoz it brings a confidence mostly hum dimag me sentence frame krr lete hai but bol nahi pate that is becoz of lack of practice . It's a time taking procedure so have patience dear and focus more on learning the things not on result ❤
