At 3:30, the arrows are facing down but the writing is upside down. If you flip it the arrow will be facing up and the writing will be upright. I used to believe that on any equipment, if anything is written, it should be upright. I may be wrong. Please check it out. Great video.

Great video. On a 2019 Duango i ran it without the filter and it still makes the whislte noise. The filter is not that dirty meaning no loose particles. I tried to look with my phone for any loose leaf tree sticks etc or anything inside.
The dealer did an oil change last month but i didnt start hearing it or didnt pay attention to it. They didnt change the cabin filter because like i said it was not dirty but they should have changed it. I havent looked at the motor filter but i dont think the outside filter would make the noise inside?
I just wanted to be proactive before going to the dealership. I did my research but i hope its not the blower,i just got the truck last September 4,000 miles that i put on it and since this covid thing i dont drive it much.
Do you think its anything far serious that the cabin filter or blower?

How do you know when it's time to change the filter? What is the filter for? Most people don't even know it's there.

The cabin air filter filters pollutants and allergens. Check your owner's manual but every 30k miles is a good change interval. I notice the fan blower getting weaker and leaves rattling around if I wait too long.
