Divorce and so many other things. Due to my faith in God and being obedient. God is surely helping me overcome everything that was meant to destroy me. I've always tried to do things on my own. Believe it or not I first heard this song on the Sherry Shepherd Show, Brian was one of her first guests, I had been praying to here from a friend of mine that I had not heard from in 20 years or more as I listened to this song and over and over I was able to be still and trust God,and in the days to come, through nothing short of a miracle I found his cousin's name on the Internet, contacted him and he was able to give my friend the message,this was in 2021 and we never let more than a week pass without texts each other !!!! I can't believe this song. This song came up as a commercial break before the video I had clicked on in youtube that had nothing to do with God. A couple of months ago I had fallen into the darkest depths of depression I had ever experienced.
I was committed to praying and getting delivered. One day I had to ask God, do you not hear me? Do you not see that life’s projector is only showing me darkness? Are you not willing to help me?
But... I stayed persistent in praying. I dug even deeper praying. It didn’t happen over night, but God delivered me.
I encourage you today. When it feels like you are about to break. Remember you are like the palm tree. You may sway, you may bend, but God will never let you break. He is always there. I pray that my testimony helps someone. I love you family.
