I remember that era when Agassi was not playing well....there were a number of dramas unfolding in his life...him and Brooke Shields were having marital issues...and you could tell he was probably burnt out and distracted. My Dad and I saw him play a match, where he was basically kicking the can down the road...he was tanking, and it was obvious. I couldnt believe it, really. After the match ends and Andre jammed his racquets in the courtside cooler, before he split..my Pops leaned over to me, and said these words "If he doesnt get BRAD GILBERT to coach him, he will never make it back". My jaw dropped, because Brad was still playing, but had made it known OUT LOUD, that he was winding down and might entertain coaching one day. My Dad predicted that relationship, like it was the most rational thing, he'd ever thought of.

Cheating is not a strategy. They became concerned when she had to go 3 sets with the first p#ss poor opponents she had. Therefore, they had to go back to the drawing board. Next, they knew that she would not get pass the remaining players, so they scheduled Swiatek, Ostapenko, Rybankina late night matches, After Ostapenko defeated Iga, they scheduled her match early in 100 degree heat so she could not recover. Then it was smooth sailing for her. As expected, Muchova did not do sh$t. And a protest was staged to push Sabalenka's match to almost 3 hours late into the night. Now that Brad Gilbert's fantasy has been fulfilled, lets see if any other countries buy into it. Because a fantasy only last so long. So lets how she does without a RIGGED tournament.
