That intro music you played sounded fucking dope, especially that lick at 0:22 Tone sounded sick and it matched the vibe of what you were playing so well
Thanks Harry !! Brilliant. I’ve got a Universal Audio OxBox but it looks like The Ironman is great for just plug in and play and for live use. Also I appreciate your feedback on the Ironman’s integrity of the sound reproduction and lack of colouration. You have convinced me to try it out. I really have doubts about The Boss WAZA. The Ironman looks like a better bet. Cheers !! Many Thanks !!
great video, very thorough and i like the volume matching so you can hear the tone difference and not be biased by the loudness. definitely getting one of these
Best piece of gear ive ever purchased... To be able to get those tubes cooking at bearable levels is just incredible... When you find that sweet spot, it is just amazing... And yes, for high-gain too!!
Thank you for this demo. It really helped me in buying mine a few weeks ago. I love it. It really made me rediscover my amp. Did you try the line out output with some ir ? I wonder if it’s worth it or if it’s better thant the di output speaker simulation.
First thank you for the video and the great playing. Could you confirm that the 12V Power is needed to operate the attenuator? The Ironman Mini does not need the 12V Power Supply but the big one seems to need this. Thank you.
Harry, random question but I'm looking to build my ultimate guitar to reward myself for a few things. I'm also looking to buy the plexi 45/50. What mix of pickups would be best for making songs like early arctic monkeys on my own? I'm thinking tele single coil pickup in the bridge and either a P90 or PAF in the neck. Also, the plexi 45/50 itself has a tube in it, right? I don't need a cabinet?

best review of this thing!! good job!!
Amp sounds and looks great, hope to be able to afford one one day.
It’s killer! Love my Cornell stuff!
exactly, that's the. main problem, it's price....800 euros!!!!! ridiculous...
Great Review! Very good comparison between the different Levels and the matched signals, well done, cheers
Will be using this with the Mesa Boogie Kingsnake
great demo har!!!
Thank you! :)
I built a reactive attenuator for less than $50 and it works perfectly.

Can't go wrong with the Tone King...& its bulletproof...

Mine just arrived
Sounds great - anymore Tame Impala covers soon?
Sure thing! :)
Hi Harry, does the attenuators works fine with hybrid amplifiers like the vox AC30 VR or small tube amps like the fender blues III?
It will work perfectly fine with any tube amp! :)
very nice looking but expensiv will work for my marshall ms-2??
Hello, good video. What Analog Speaker Simulator did you use?
When you hit the solo button off the top end was definitely affected. Do you add some back in on the amp or does it just effect the tone that way?
Harry do I need an FX loop to make use of this or do attenuators work going into the front end?
No it goes between your amp and speaker!!

Hi! How do u conect the DI to the DAW? Im going trough the mic input on my focusrite scarlett solo interfsce. Signal, but no sound.😊
Too late to prevent damage to my ears but that would be excellent for my neighbours....
It’s seriously the best attenuator I’ve tried and I’ve had them all!
So if I have a 35 watt amp in the Sweet spot, is -38 DB enough to make it usable at home ?
More than enough, probably too much at 35 watts imo :)
@@HarryAndAGuitar wow that was a quick response ! Thanks 😁
HARRY WHERES MY IRON MAN PEDAL X
£700 is a tad steep
If you want THE best attenuator, it’s the way to go
This guys voice is obnoxious. Great video though
