Ignition switch and the igniter box were both bad. And someone before me try to rebuild the carburetors and screwed up one of the brass pieces of the emulsion tube and pressed it in upside down ruining the carburetors now. So now I get to find another set of carburetors and they're about $400 for a set.
Just picked another 03 650 bought it as a parts bike but he said he lost spark after “rebuilding” engine so I may just try to figure that out and have two. Thanks for info
What kind of peak voltage are you getting out of the pulsar to the igniter/computer box?
