I’m constantly starting one thing and I’m about to get up and start something else and I verbally have to tell myself to stay still and finish what I started.
I used to have really bad brain fog and just forget peoples names mid sentence or just feel discombobulated during the day, once I started to limit and be more wary of my carb intake that got a lot better. I used to feel so tired the minute I’d wake up even after sleeping 10 hrs it was horrible, but now that doesn’t happen thank god 😂
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again I love your vlogs, I love putting the face with the voice.

13:36 omg this happened to me during Covid, my husband was home for a month and him being home completely messed with my daily routine, he annoyed the heck out of me and all he was doing was his own morning routines 😂😂😂

I have already found that it's a great way to have a touchstone for what was going on in my life at that time! Even if you had a channel where you privated every video! Haha glad I could get the wheels churning 😊
