Cockle-fishing: Cardium Shellfish, Whitstable

A short film documenting the cockle-fishing industry in the Thames Estuary, following the boats and cockle-processing of Cardium Shellfish, based in Whitstable Harbour. Filmed in 2007, this captures the business while still owned and run by the Gilson family.
