That seems to be the case for a lot of houses, even luxury ones, in the Toronto area. At least that seems to be the case, judging from the videos one sees online. I would simply consider them to be luxury townhouses with airs shafts in between.

I Live there and it was about 78k. My family had to save up so much for that. But i can tell you one thing. Its Way to cozy in there.

The owner of the house has poor taste in furniture and decor looks like they decorated from value village or dollerama.
