I really do not understand the prices/appeal for condos. Basically a concrete box, no land, stacked one on top of other with condo fees that you have no control over.
So what i will say of all the videos i have watched from various real estate folks and showing their Toronto condo's you'rs has been one of the better one's. You yourself present well and professionally given the product you are selling which is not cheap. So kudos to you for not showing up in a look that s far too casual for the kind of buyer you might encounter. And you at least know what you are talking about including square footage issues etc. But real estate agents need to STOP using the term "his and hers sinks" etc. Thankfully the world is now full of " his and his" or hers and hers" so something a bt more gender neutral might be more appropriate. But overall great space, know the location well and it is in fact a good location. My only concern as wth more new builds in Toronto is the ratio of owners live in to renters....a huge problem n Toronto.....Unless you live in an older more established building. Nice to see a proper size kitchen in a downtown condo. Gorgeous finishes too. Perfect blend of traditional & contemporary. It's sleek and spacious but still cozy with amazing views.
I miss living in Toronto. If I could live like that, I'd miss it even more, lol.

Beautiful but The kitchen is non vastu complaint which is placed on north wall and bathroom as well.
