That’s why he’s called the voice of the 1st ward and why I respect him. He goes by rules and cares about the people.
Bc he is exposing their wrong doing at every turn and they retaliate by interfering when he speaks, warning him with bias, not following Robert Rules etc. If they just let him speak and follow their own goofy rules things will go better. They don't see themselves and it's time the voters make them see that not showing up, leaving before meetings are over, showing discriminatory behavior, and NOT supporting the citizens of Flint is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
For all these council meetings nobody seem to get a dime! A bunch of shouting yelling screaming! And Flint Michigan is still bad off! Mr. Mays is too intelligent, well versed and connected to only get paid $215 every two weeks! He should be Mayor of that Flint POS!

Quincy recommending over time for Law enforcement. A brutal stressful thankless job many times not hiring more cops is crazy. Mental health, family time, weekly days off much needed if they can provide that to soldiers they can do that for cops. It’s necessary.

He was doing the same towards Burns until she got scared and started siding with him. Remember, she asked legal for an opinion to remove him as President and she was screaming at him after a meeting that was filmed behind the scenes.

Burns was playing games and was in Nelly's pocket too until they turned on her and started letting Worthing bash her and call her names. She learned quick that it is about race and evil activity. Most people stay silent until it hits them bc overall people are for self. Serving the citizens is no longer first unless the citizens make it b first- VOTE, fight, resolve to keep it up with electing someone to keep them informed. Mays been fighting each council for the residents. The council has been for self for a long time and that's not just Flint but everywhere. Unless their is push back they always do what's in their own best interest not the citizens. That Political Science 101. Sad part we don't have enough Mays clones across the country in numbers so we can get things done fro the regular people. I see this mess on my job with the gang mentality and they don't want you to be empowered and learn the ropes bc they maintain control by keeping u divided and ill informed
Mays is the only one truly taking his job seriously and I guess that's why God is keeping him. When you know your stuff and doig wahts right no one cares about an accountability board yet seems they arent doing anything still @1:43 Mays points out again their bias
This is Maze third Council. He lasted only a few months in leadership after acting unprofessional towards the clerk and City staff/colleagues. Sure, he’s passionate, towards the wrong individuals. Unless you vote for him like JWC and Burns he ain’t studdin.

Show me any where were this kind of person is embraced and applauded for helping citizens access their rights and demand them? Power hungry good ole boy structure always Tries to squash a justice seeker, if they can. Willie lynching is always used to quiet the rebellious slave, hell my workplace tried the exact tactics on me to get me to stop talking about the lies and wrongdoing then all crooks ganged together to pretend all is well until their jobs got axed.
