Meta kills games makes them boring bcs you’re forced to use the same comp like everyone else hence why I like this game it’s all about strategy and countering whatever ppl call meta and I love to see p2w struggle as well 😂
Actually, when you're up against aggressive teams, stalling and camping can be a smart move. Like in this match, Caris, Beryl, and Auguste on the left team have long attack ranges, and Saffiyah has set up burning terrain near the right team's base with traps. Meanwhile, Dantalion on the right team has a short attack range, and both Momo and Faycal are focused on alert. So, the best play here is to stall and camp; rushing in would just make you lose harder. But I get what you're saying. Stalling and camping definitely make the match longer, and that's one reason some players aren't into real-time battles.

I initially planned to include it in the full match recording, but that made the video too long. So, I only showed the match after the picks and bans for my first attempt. I'll consider showing the full process in my next PVP video
@@iceyfun7410 Didn't mean it as feedback, was just saying it's not much to make an assessment like "devs need to do something about X" - which would require thousands of games worth of data. Though you should include the pick/ban phase if you can. You could record the pick/ban and then edit to the replay (one cut basically) - which I assume is played quicker than the match in real time - to cut down on length.

I dunno who's that queen looking character on the thumbnail but think I'll start saving up for her, like I just need her after I'm done with Gloria's banner and maybe skip both Saffiyah and Auguste because seeing how really rare the luxites are so it's basically impossible for me to have enough time to save up when I'm done with Gloria's banner
Instead of seeing both sides at the start it could be better if there is Fog of war like in Red alert instead of just rushing from point A to B. Also it would add some thrill that you have no idea where your opponent started
Simply put, Caris needs her allies to perform non-instant actions nearby to stack [Revelation] layers. Once [Revelation] reaches a certain number of layers, she'll temporarily enter [Radiance], greatly boosting her skill power. I'll cover her in more detail in a future video.

They understand that not all players enjoy PvP, so real-time PvP is optional and purely for fun, with no rewards. During limited-time events, you can match with players from all over the server, but most of the time you'll just be playing with friends you know.

I hope they slowly introduce new map objective modes. For example, in 4-8 where you have to find the four treasures before Beryl does. To translate that into pvp, you'd have to find a certain amount of treasure first before your opponent. Maybe this mode would work, or maybe not. The idea is that I just don't want it to be only deathmatch with different maps. Would be cool to have a different mode each pvp season to keep things interesting. It can encourage to build multiple teams for each mode.

I totally agree with you! When the game first launched in CN, most people were just as crazy and blindly chasing the meta characters as the global servers players. But there were also hardcore players who didn't follow the crowd and stuck to using less popular characters like Miguel, Iggy, and Leonide, even some common-level characters. But you know what? It's their persistence and deep understanding of these characters that led them to create strategies for using lower-tier characters to clear high-difficulty stages later in the game. Not every player can get meta characters, and those who didn't follow the crowd posted their low-level strategies online, which became a blessing for free-to-play players.

it would be helpful to have the meta they're there for a reason... but its still doable with enough knowledge of mechanics and chars/abilities/gear
