Lol very bad decision one plus supports more than 10000 customisation and after sales rom 70% nokia phone you can't even unlock bootloader no root pure thrash.
I am using a Nokia 7.2 as daily driver for 6 months and my experience is pretty good! The build quality and camera is very good for 15k segment. Gaming is ok with 2.21Gh Snapdragon 660 processor and the pure display technology is very nice.
I am using Nokia 7 plus for the last 2 year and I don't feel that the build quality of this phone is cheap and I am totally satisfied with my Nokia 7 plus. The only problem that I see it's their original stock camera application because after installing Google camera on my Nokia 7 plus the camera quality has been improved significantly.

watching from my nokia 7.2 , my first nokia android phone. just love this device coz of its software optimisation, regular updates , battery backup , clean UI with 0 bloatware and awsome camera clarity. every reviwer complain about its outdated chipset, but from my side as a user for past 1 year i havent faced any issues , glitches or lags. these value for money chinese mobiles give latest chipset and add loads of bloatware . they need the latest SD to run those chinese apps in background, and we call it as value for money. Im not happy with the latest nokia devices because of the HD+ display in those price range. (nokia 5.3, 5.4 ) waiting for nokia 8.3
well my old realme 5 pro which my mom is using now works like brand new which I got in 2019 until now it did not get a single stutter doing daily tasks the experience is buttery smooth

Using Nokia 2.2 since 9months. Some observations- 1) Peripherals are fast like turning on hotspot/data etc 2) Housing is creaky.Just like your observations in this video 3) Display turns full bright automatically while using hotspot. Phone heats up and needs to be restarted. 4) Call volume/music/video720 etc is ok 5) Camera is horrible. No exposure lock & motion blur observed. Photos are good only in daylight. 6) Battery 3000mah hardly works for half a day 7) Though phone is handy, could have been more robust 8) Original charger had some issues. Took long time to charge. So am using an LG charger 9) Phone without any app lags though it is a 3GB/32 combo. Unnecessary security and os updates bulk up the storage 10) I got it for 6600 but its tough to get covers/screenguards etc. offline
I like compact phones, so went for the Nokia 4.2. Among the Nokia linup na, this phone is value for money at the time at ₹9999/-. You are right, I don't see people going for Nokia nowadays. But, got to admit the build quality of the N 4.2 is second to none. Even besides the plastic back, it's aluminum frame gives the phone such a sturdy feeling,I can't explain... 👌 I'm recieving updates and the phone becomes smoother than earlier. Down point is, updates come with flaws. The minute ones, but cleared in their next update...
If this phone was released 1.5-2 years back, it still would have been behind some phones. Nokia once was my favourite company for phones, it hurts to see the current position of it.
I have Nokia 8.1, it's still going strong... As far as Nokia 5.4 is concerned. They have improved camera quality & reduced bugs as compared to Nokia 5.3 . You must check both. Yes, they really need to make good phones in midrange, upper midrange & premium range... Lot us are ready to pay extra for Nokia, if they improve somewhat...
I am using nokia 8.1 since 1 years 6 months. Simple awesome.. no lags, stock android, superb picture quality, build like i phone, having all sensors. Don't compare Nokia with cheap Chinese phone which not even has basic noise cancellation technology.

U can say that's the case with Xiaomi but color os is very smooth my old realme 5 pro which my mom is using is still running buttery smooth even after installing the android 11 beta it's working decent just the battery life is bad but it's the early access beta
I have Nokia 8.1 which was running good till Andriod 10 update. Ever since the bugs and experience sucked. Andriod 11 ruined it altogether for me. On top of that , I had to repair USB port 4 5 times. Was biggest Nokia fan owned Lumia till 2017 but current Nokia isn't same as before. Shifted to Samsung A52.

Their 1st and 2nd gen phones were quite good, even though they were expensive but it was worth it coz of build quality and software experience but the later phones starting loosing focus on build quality and now they have lost focus in updates too even though they are android one phones they havent updated majority of the devices to android 11 while samsung nailed it I wish the original nokia (not hmd) should make a comeback and start lumia branded android phones with the good build quality, eye catching colors
Watching this video on the nokia 5.1 plus. Have been using it for 3+ years and had no issues. I would have easily recommended that phone 2 years back as it was available for 7000 only. But there is currently no nokia phone that I would consider buying and that is sad as I have loved there phones in the past and it's true that they are downgrading their quality.

Many likes features but thay don't think quality. Any one start using Nokia, they don't think changing other brands in their life. I JUST LOVED NOKIA MOBILES AND THEIR QUALITY. My first phone in 2005 Nokia 1100 and later Nokia N70 Music edition I was so happy. In between windows Phone I skipped using and that time used Sony Ericsson also very good in quality aspects but not just sony. Now I'm using Nokia 7 plus since 3 years and recently bought Nokia 5.4 People who want enjoy using multiple features like fancy apps etc for them other brands but who want to use phone just like phone then I recommend Nokia is the best. I love it so much
I am still using Nokia 5.4, my phone is running Android 12 now, I brought it as soon as it was launched, it was running Android 10 at launch, the experience is smooth, not silky smooth and still is after a year, build quality is good since I dropped it couple of times and it's still intact. I guess I am a casual user and this satisfies my needs, a reliable long lasting phone.

My Nokia 6.1 from 2018 working very fine.. even it's dropped from hand in several times.. things like minor scratches occurred.. But today's mid range Nokia phones especially 2021 lacks some features that was earlier followed by Chinese brands.. Anyway I love Android one.. It has some features like multiple user.. Any pirated app that have security issues can be installed in another user.. Also there is a option to restrict phone and SMS access for other user.. Which is important thing for security and privacy..

I noticed you said Nokia 5.4 is back cover is not good like plastic type. Basically even Samsung Galaxy A70(25000rs) has back cover is plastic type. Also I'm using Galaxy A51(18900rs) has plastic back cover.. So it is not a big issue. Stock Android is better option than Custom UI

I used nokia 6.1 plus for 2 years. It was an awesome phone. The build was outstanding. Due to some battery issues, I had to sell it.

Many likes features but thay don't think quality. Any one start using Nokia, they don't think changing other brands in their life. I JUST LOVED NOKIA MOBILES AND THEIR QUALITY. My first phone in 2005 Nokia 1100 and later Nokia N70 Music edition I was so happy. In between windows Phone I skipped using and that time used Sony Ericsson also very good in quality aspects but not just sony. Now I'm using Nokia 7 plus since 3 years and recently bought Nokia 5.4
People who want enjoy using multiple features like fancy apps etc for them other brands but who want to use phone just like phone then I recommend Nokia is the best. I love it so much
I am still using Nokia 5.4, my phone is running Android 12 now, I brought it as soon as it was launched, it was running Android 10 at launch, the experience is smooth, not silky smooth and still is after a year, build quality is good since I dropped it couple of times and it's still intact. I guess I am a casual user and this satisfies my needs, a reliable long lasting phone.
I have Nokia 6.1plus full glass body, Dropped it so many times from 5 ft height. It always survived. Sad to see they are compromising on build quality.

My Nokia 6.1 from 2018 working very fine.. even it's dropped from hand in several times.. things like minor scratches occurred..
But today's mid range Nokia phones especially 2021 lacks some features that was earlier followed by Chinese brands..
Anyway I love Android one..
It has some features like multiple user..
Any pirated app that have security issues can be installed in another user..
Also there is a option to restrict phone and SMS access for other user..
Which is important thing for security and privacy..
