Lamar Jackson 21-1 against the NFC. 39-20 against the AFC A Hall of Fame QB wins 60-65% of his games. He's at 65% (AFC).......plus 97% (NFC), hits 66-67% of passes, 1k rusher, 3:1 TD/INT ratio + 2 MVPs!
Lamar is a Hall of Famer already. For those that don’t agree: all he needs to do is beat Mahomes ONCE in the playoffs to get to the Super Bowl and then go crazy against an NFC team that likely hadn’t played against Lamar in a long time. If all it takes is one win to cement a first-ballot Hall of Fame career then I believe he’s already in
That's crazy to think about. As long as he can just get to the Superbowl he'll be at a massive advantage against whoever he meets. He's 21-1 against the NFC.
If Jayden Daniels progresses well from his already good start, Lamar’s success against the nfc is gonna go down a little bit. Obviously it’s not the same, but Jayden Daniels is Lamar like, but he is proving that he came into the league with great decision making skills, which took Lamar a couple of years to refine. The Raven’s Super Bowl window is probably about 2-3 years with the current construction of the roster. After that I think that both other AFC teams will be better and the NFC with have more practice against similar QBs

People are upset with Colin for breaking code and not crapping on Lamar as a a team sport. Lamar changed the way QBs are evaluated. Which closed the door for the Tom Brady types. People resent him for that and exposing their bias.
People don’t hate Jackson, it’s just that given his skill and regular season success, there is high expectations. He has struggled in the layoffs. He’s the QB equivalent of Clayton Kershaw.
Don’t worry this Raven’s run up the score on the Bills last night was just an anomaly, why? Because the next time the Ravens face the Bills or any other good team, John Harbaugh will sit Derrick Henry on the bench, have Lamar throw 43 passes most of them incomplete, and tell Lamar to not run out of the pocket for extra yards, just like he did in the Chiefs AFC championship game last year. Tell me I’m lying or exaggerating Ravens fans! You know Harbaugh always goes back to the opposite of what’s working because what’s working is NOT how John Harbaugh wants to win games. Truthfully, John Harbaugh was probably very uncomfortable running up the score on the Chiefs and beating them 35 to 10 because he’s a deep believer in sportsmanship and not rubbing your opponents nose in the dirt when you’re beating them. Harbaugh prefers a 24-20, 27-24, 31-27, 17-14 type of game.
On the 2022 season Lamar was injured because of his running style of playing, I like seeing him making those electrifying plays but his availability is in question when he gets hurt
The Ravens were the better team last night, they deserved to win. But at the same time, the coaching staff of the Bills failed miserably. 1. They couldn't find a way to get pressure from the D-line, the strength of the defense 2. No one sent in motion on offense 3. The offense started to get something going early in the 3rd quarter, and then Joe Brady calls a wildcat? That will be the worst play call of his career
This why Colin is why I like Colin's takes. He the Dave Chappell of sport media pundits! He too, was a Lamar hater. But I got to give it to him, he turned early! Him Eeason and Sim were his only media defenders. Everybody else keeps moving the goal posts, when it comes to Lamar.
Colin you are correct. Lamar receives undo criticism! Now that Baltimore has the offensive line coming together in the last two games it has put everyone on notice! The Ravens only needed this new offensive line to come together!
I think Lamar is a great QB but chill out on saying he’s better than Steve Young dude🤣 that was a CRAZY statement. Young wasn’t just a running QB. Young was an A+ passing QB who could also run the football.
How many PPR does Steve young have? Lamar is one away from having the record. Steve young also had better receivers than lamar . Lamar has the best record as a starter for his age
"I don't want to hear he can't win big games"........then lists a bunch of regular season wins to refute it. Lamar can't win more than 1 playoff game in a season so far, so the criticism is reasonable, if not necessarily fair. 2019: Lost the first playoff game 2020: Won the wild card, lost in the 2nd round 2021: Missed the playoffs 2022: Lost the wild card game 2023: Won the first game, lost in the conference championship Lamar's shown improvement, but so far he hasn't played as good in the playoffs as the regular season. I.e., in Big Games.
This game effectively ended the Jets season Instead of going to 3-1, they let Bo Bix, and his 60 yards passing beat them Now, they have the Vikings, Bills and Steelers coming up, and they could easily be 2-5 Aaron Rodgers has to learn the adage that's as old as the hills. Same ole Jets
Why would anyone say Lamar is under appreciated? 2 MVP's show his peers respect him. Contract says the team respects him. He's a fan favorite which means the fans respect him. He hasn't graduated to the top tier of QB essentially because he hasn't been able to bring his regular season play with him into the playoffs. That isn't going to change until he does.
Jackson? Under appreciated ? Only in the playoffs....and it's deserved! Regular season STUD. Post season DUD. TWO playoff wins in SIX years. These are facts!
If Ravens RB Derrick Henry stays healthy, this could be a REAL SB run for The Ravens. As a Lifelong Detroit Lions fan 2 teams bring me concern. The Vikings who basically have 2 HCs. 1 on both sides of the football, and what's so concerning is that they are making it work. Vikings QB Sam Darnold looks fantastic. The other is The Ravens. Last year they beat the brakes off of The Lions. As for tonight's MNF,I believe that The Lions maintain Ford Field/Motown home advantage. Lions 27 Seahawks 24 in a nail biter.
To beat teams like KC, teams need more than a QB like Lamar. Teams need to have great head coaching and no less than a good game plan. Part of the issue with the Ravens. Is that they have a stubborn head coach that sometimes refuses to get out of his own way. And it also doesn't help that it's taken the Ravens organization over four years to not only invest in a reliable and productive back, but also start investing in a decent O-line as well.
Lamar had a solid performance last night, as I knew he would. But he wasn't the main star of the show. That would be King Henry. The last time the Ravens had a bellcow RB it was 2019 with Mark Ingram. (Ironic since Mr Big Truzz was the Legend of the Game last night) What a difference having that bellcow does for a team like this. Once the King broke that 87 yard TD run I knew it was going to be a long night for Buffalo. And BillsMafia knows this very well because Henry mostly dominated them when he was a Titan. To me Henry is the best RB in football when he's firing on all cylinders, and games like this is exactly why. With that being said, this is a scary sight for the entire AFC. Lamar not having to do everything on his own for the most part is a daunting task for opposing teams to prepare for. Cincy you're next.
Strawman: "Y'all tell me you love athletic quarterbacks." No we don't. We want QBs who can pass extremely well, first and foremost. If they can do that AND move around well, great. Or rush 30 yards for a TD sometimes, even better. But passing is first.
I feel like it’s not that lamar doesn’t have as many haters as we think. Yes he’s got a few, but I think they’re so loud and obvious about their hate, that it makes it seem like everyone hates him. For example, my friend once said everyone at ESPN hates on Lamar. But if you look, it’s mainly Stephen an and Shannon sharpe, who currently are the faces of espn. But Ryan Clark, Rex Ryan, Dan O, Mina Kimes, and many more on espn show hella love to lamar, but the faces who we think of when we think of espn hate on him, which paints that narrative on the network
The Baltimore Ravens have a record of 2-4 with Lamar Jackson in the playoffs all-time. They lost against the Titans, against the Chargers, Buffalo and Kansas City. So only one of the losses was against Mahomes.
Let’s break down those games-his chargers loss he was a rookie-we never expect rookies to win a playoff game esp after only playing 7 games that year, his buffalo loss he had a concussion, Kansas City was his fault
@@lornegreen6755 Brock Purdy won 2 playoff games in his rookie year and he was drafted last. Dunno how getting a concussion because you have a reckless play style isn't, at least in part, your fault. And what about the loss against the TItans?
Colins definition of big games is flawed, and for some reason he mentions KC when talking about it. He kills Dak for his 2-5 playoff record when Lamar is 2-4 and has thrown at least one pick in all 4 of those losses.
Lamar Jackson is a veritable reincarnation of the immortal Gale Sayers had he played at the QB position!🙏 Both Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry are responsible for me hoping that they reach and win the Super Bowl this year.👑💯👑 Last week, all of the teams that scored less than 20 points lost, EXCEPT the vaunted Kansas City Chiefs, who got lucky and won even though they only scored 17 points. There are reasons why no team has ever three-peated Super Bowl wins, and we are seeing this played out by the Chiefs so far. The pressure, and fate are just too much to overcome. We shall see. (Did anyone notice how many empty seats there were at the Titans/Dolphins home game?🙈🥶) Colin "nailed" everything in this episode.🥂👍
Yeah but Colin you just said he was the 11th best QB in the league On your list last week. 🤦🏾♂️ He’s top five at the least. Lost credibility talking 5:11 Lamar after that.
My entire 14 team fantasy league was laughing at me for drafting King Henry 12th overall... with my other RB's being Kamara Connor and Swift, who's laughing now?
Only people who don't really like Lamar in the first place was would think that he's not unappreciated when all he does is just gets scrutinized every single day
Collin is the only person with a show that respects and values Lamar. Lamar is the best player in the NFL. Yes Mahomes is the best qb but Lamar changes how you defend everyone on his offense
No, the system Harbaugh created to accommodate LJs skill is amazing. Lamar is a freak athlete but an avg QB at best - needs a big running game and top defense, take the running game away and he can't throw.
I don’t understand how THIS game is the game where Colin was like “Lamar’s under appreciated.” Defense shut down the bills and Henry literally had 200 yards during the game. But yeah let’s talk about Lamar. 😂
Lots of people. He is great with a running game and top defense. Stop his running game and force him to be a pocket passer and hes terrible. He's amazing for the system Harbaugh built around him but trying to make him more than that is idiotic. Ravens defense held the Bills to 10 points and Henry had 20p yards but its all about LJ 😂😂😂
Because lamar is bro. Lamar is the most disrespected 2x mvp QB I've seen. They will put QBs with less accomplishments over him. Lamar never gets the benefit of the doubt until he goes out and prove it. He never gets the excuses other QBs get after they lose.
Here we go with the stages of Lamar: step 1- hype in the regular season Step 2- mvp Step 3- lose a game in the playoffs failing to make throws Step 4- media correctly speaks about Lamar’s flaws as passer in the playoffs. Return to step 1
Theres just one difference compared to previous years. Lamar has a bellcow RB to work with which means he won't have everything on his shoulders. If Derrick Henry continues to rumble over every opponent in his path, Lamar will have all the freedom in the world come playoff time.
Ravens found their formula: run Henry out of Pistol or WTH Lamar under Center; then let Lamar do what he needs to do on the ground or through the air 🏈✌️💜
Every great QB has there commentator who rides or die with him. Brady had Skip Rodger’s Stephen smith, Josh Allen has the whole FS1 Burrow has the whole ESPN Maholmes has the guy of First things first. I think Jayden Daniel’s next up. I thought Stroud but like Jd more personally

“Mark Andrews the tight end” lololol he’s on the roster for sure.
Maybe if Rodgers shows up off season & works with his offense to work out kinks 🙄 Not good to do 4 games into season.
LOL. Wasn't GB saying that for years?
All those excuses for Rodgers all he has to do was score a touchdown
On the 2022 season Lamar was injured because of his running style of playing, I like seeing him making those electrifying plays but his availability is in question when he gets hurt
He got hurt in the pocket, he’s never been hurt while running. Ignorant comment
The Ravens were the better team last night, they deserved to win. But at the same time, the coaching staff of the Bills failed miserably.
1. They couldn't find a way to get pressure from the D-line, the strength of the defense
2. No one sent in motion on offense
Let's do a 3 man trade.. Lamar to Raiders, Devante back to packers, Malik Willis to Ravens our new QB 🔥
He lost me when he put Henry and jk dobbens in the same sentence 🤣🤣
Colin you are correct. Lamar receives undo criticism! Now that Baltimore has the offensive line coming together in the last two games it has put everyone on notice! The Ravens only needed this new offensive line to come together!
I think Lamar is a great QB but chill out on saying he’s better than Steve Young dude🤣 that was a CRAZY statement. Young wasn’t just a running QB. Young was an A+ passing QB who could also run the football.
Colin is often a prisoner of the moment...
Colin's football knowledge is minimal.
Steve youngs career passer rating is far below Lamar's. Lamar is eighth ALL TIME in passer rating.
How many PPR does Steve young have? Lamar is one away from having the record. Steve young also had better receivers than lamar . Lamar has the best record as a starter for his age
Cut it out man...the man had rice and Taylor. Cut it out
Thank u for always believing in our QB Colin
"I don't want to hear he can't win big games"........then lists a bunch of regular season wins to refute it. Lamar can't win more than 1 playoff game in a season so far, so the criticism is reasonable, if not necessarily fair.
2019: Lost the first playoff game
2020: Won the wild card, lost in the 2nd round
2021: Missed the playoffs
2022: Lost the wild card game
2023: Won the first game, lost in the conference championship
Lamar's shown improvement, but so far he hasn't played as good in the playoffs as the regular season. I.e., in Big Games.
This game effectively ended the Jets season
Instead of going to 3-1, they let Bo Bix, and his 60 yards passing beat them
Now, they have the Vikings, Bills and Steelers coming up, and they could easily be 2-5
Aaron Rodgers has to learn the adage that's as old as the hills. Same ole Jets
Props to Colin
Why would anyone say Lamar is under appreciated? 2 MVP's show his peers respect him. Contract says the team respects him. He's a fan favorite which means the fans respect him. He hasn't graduated to the top tier of QB essentially because he hasn't been able to bring his regular season play with him into the playoffs. That isn't going to change until he does.
Colin you had him the 10
Best qb in the league 5 days ago
Jackson? Under appreciated ? Only in the playoffs....and it's deserved! Regular season STUD. Post season DUD. TWO playoff wins in SIX years. These are facts!
Really hoping action Jackson wins a super bowl. Love watching him play.
Your always a head of the crowd none of the other major media guys never keep it real about Lamar but you
Colin going 1-4 on his Blazin 5 again is classic Colin 😮
He's 1-3, only win was Baltimore - is on Seattle tonight
@@notoriousLSGshow I can see the future, lions win 38-31! Now shut up talking to me you loser!
@@notoriousLSGshow 1-4
RB dominant this year/ Season 🔥
The true test of elite play is maintaining it...
....is reproducing it in the playoffs, when it counts
To beat teams like KC, teams need more than a QB like Lamar. Teams need to have great head coaching and no less than a good game plan. Part of the issue with the Ravens. Is that they have a stubborn head coach that sometimes refuses to get out of his own way. And it also doesn't help that it's taken the Ravens organization over four years to not only invest in a reliable and productive back, but also start investing in a decent O-line as well.
didn’t just humiliate san fran, he did it in california on christmas
Ingram was old and broken down stop it he’s not in Henry class
@@Trina78 I know but before Ingram got hurt at the end of 2019, he was a beast for the Ravens. He put up career highs in TDs and yards from scrimmage.
Strawman: "Y'all tell me you love athletic quarterbacks."
No we don't.
I mean multiple Pro Bowls , 2x All Pro , 2x MVP.
Lamar beats good teams Dak doesn't duh
@@sullaybjr he doesn't in the playoffs, so big whoop
@@jonkelley9021 Ima tell you what Lamar will win a chip. Dak will never ever
@@sullaybjr okay good luck with that, but here in reality they're tied for playoff wins 😂😂.
@@jonkelley9021 Ok we shall see. Good luck with Dak 😂
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Well said Colin 💯
Vick, kaepernick, Cunningham, all great running QBs🤷🏿♂️
cute and none of em better than Lamar
Lamar Jackson is a veritable reincarnation of the immortal Gale Sayers had he played at the QB position!🙏
Both Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry are responsible
for me hoping that they reach and win the Super Bowl this year.👑💯👑
Last week, all of the teams that scored less than 20 points lost, EXCEPT the vaunted Kansas City Chiefs, who got lucky and won even though they only scored 17 points. There are reasons why no team has ever three-peated Super Bowl wins, and we are seeing this played out by the Chiefs so far. The pressure, and fate are just too much to overcome. We shall see.
(Did anyone notice how many empty seats there were at the Titans/Dolphins home game?🙈🥶)
Colin "nailed" everything in this episode.🥂👍
Yeah but Colin you just said he was the 11th best QB in the league On your list last week. 🤦🏾♂️ He’s top five at the least. Lost credibility talking 5:11 Lamar after that.
He was ranking QB’s on how clutch they are and he put him at 10th
My entire 14 team fantasy league was laughing at me for drafting King Henry 12th overall... with my other RB's being Kamara Connor and Swift, who's laughing now?
Only people who don't really like Lamar in the first place was would think that he's not unappreciated when all he does is just gets scrutinized every single day
Lamar can win big games until January. Out of six playoff games, he has two wins with a completion percentage of 57% and 6 TDs to 6 INTs
The fact we're in the regular season and you have to talk about previous post-seasons just shows how hurt you are kid 😂😂 keep coping
I love the Lamar haters, you can see the disgust on their faces when he (often) plays well.
I don’t understand how THIS game is the game where Colin was like “Lamar’s under appreciated.” Defense shut down the bills and Henry literally had 200 yards during the game. But yeah let’s talk about Lamar. 😂
Denver is obviously better than what everyone thought give them credit New York didn’t lose that game Denver won it
Rodgers hasn't won a SB in forever. Don't understand the hype over the Jets.
Regular normal people dont apprrciate Lamar and talk trash on him. The actual nfl players know the truth and that is Lamar is the truth.
Great job! LJ8 deserves 👏
Cowherd has gone completely 360. ...it is good to see such.
how can you say Lamar Jackson is under appreciated. Once he gets a chip there is nothing else for him to win lol. Who says Lamar isn't an S tier QB?
alot of media pundits. they would literally ranked him as a tier 2 QB..
@@midofmidlifewhich pundits ?
Lots of people. He is great with a running game and top defense. Stop his running game and force him to be a pocket passer and hes terrible. He's amazing for the system Harbaugh built around him but trying to make him more than that is idiotic. Ravens defense held the Bills to 10 points and Henry had 20p yards but its all about LJ 😂😂😂
I guess you haven’t been listening to the media discourse around Lamar this season lol
Public enemy #1 is Colin’s buddy Nick Wright
Because lamar is bro. Lamar is the most disrespected 2x mvp QB I've seen. They will put QBs with less accomplishments over him. Lamar never gets the benefit of the doubt until he goes out and prove it. He never gets the excuses other QBs get after they lose.
Talk about Seattle please.
Here we go with the stages of Lamar: step 1- hype in the regular season
Step 2- mvp
Step 3- lose a game in the playoffs failing to make throws
Step 4- media correctly speaks about Lamar’s flaws as passer in the playoffs.
Return to step 1
Theres just one difference compared to previous years. Lamar has a bellcow RB to work with which means he won't have everything on his shoulders. If Derrick Henry continues to rumble over every opponent in his path, Lamar will have all the freedom in the world come playoff time.
@@michaelhession2105 no difference. Once’s he’s behind in a playoff game we will see the same old Lamar. This hype is tiring as the Josh Allen hype
@@aaronkelly3035 Maybe so. For me it just depends on how far they get behind and how deep into the game that occurs.
They better never let Lamar win a chip...Then what are the haters going to say?
Lamar has 2 mvps colin. I wouldn't call that underappreciated
cuz he gets more credit than hes worth based on the team and you dont do that with other players, thats why so many people cant stand him
Ravens found their formula: run Henry out of Pistol or WTH Lamar under Center; then let Lamar do what he needs to do on the ground or through the air 🏈✌️💜
Lamar is the most exciting player in the league to watch alongside of Mahomes. He’s just different.
Top Show !
So what, he's the greatest all-time running talent .. he's got as many rings as I do
Lamar is the best player to ever play in the NFL. SUPErbowl is coming this year
Every great QB has there commentator who rides or die with him. Brady had Skip Rodger’s Stephen smith, Josh Allen has the whole FS1 Burrow has the whole ESPN Maholmes has the guy of First things first. I think Jayden Daniel’s next up. I thought Stroud but like Jd more personally
LJ has as many MVPs as playoff wins
Oh hear we go
The Jets will more than likely lose their next 3. I can also see them losing to the Texans, Cardinals, Seahawks, Rams, and Bills once more. 7-10 again
No concern for the Jets because anyone who has ever watched football knew they were gonna suck.
Did he really mentioned Mark Andrews as a weapon!? in 2024!?
