    Nicker is great but expensive, can you also make same results with ordinary gouache?

      Geo Korf Yes! This was actually done using gouache! ^^

    Hi this is a really nice painting. Can I ask what kind of paper did you use? Is it hot pressed watercolour paper? Any help would be appreciated! Kind regards

      Hello! Thank you very much! I used Arches cold-pressed watercolor paper. It's textured rather than smooth. Hope that helps! :)

      segoviate You’re welcome! For this painting, I used a mix of Winsor and Newton and other miscellaneous gouache brands.

    I think it could stand to be a little slower--the trees appeared as if by magic and I'd like to study them a little more.

      I usually record them using the timelapse feature to keep the videos compressed so that they don't take up too much space but I'll try to figure out a way to make them a bit longer!

      @@USERNAMEXX-eh1js Thank you very much! It took about 3 hours. I used a mixture of Winsor & Newton, Holbein, and Reeves gouache! ^_^
