Hi Sir AJ super nakakainspire yung story mo.. nakaka proud na andian ka na rin sa US. Ako din currently nasa UM role dito sa pinas, dreaming din makapunta diyan as a nurse. Pinakamahirap pala mag antay no ng interviews.. since ngayon puro current bedside na hinahanap nila. Anyways Godbless sayo and more power! Continue to share your stories!

Naka relate ako sa story mo. Grad ako sa 1st hosp mo. Nag work sa taiwan, then uae, had unpleasant exp ng maghanap ng work doon, nag exit sa horror island. Returned to PH, got bedside exp, passed nclex at late 30's na, biglang retro. Still, kapit pa rin sa US dream. Thanks for sharing your journey.

I relate to your exp bro nakaka inspire and napunta sa ibat ibang field of career and working din dito sa UAE and recently become usrn din and waiting to achieve my american dream but you're still lucky kasi you have bedside exp before unlike me na zero tlaga and nahihirapan bumalik sa nursing bago sana mag US due to responsibilities and I wish makayanan ko mag nurse sa US in the future even walang nursing exp. 🙏

@@RNajpacris as per agency ko sa hospital daw nila ako i dedeploy need ko lng daw mg acquire ng mga trainings na need before pumunta jan and so far sa hospital nmn ako mag wowork hindi nga lang as a nurse

@@RNajpacris sorry for typo i mean currently sa hospital ako nag wowork and sa offer sakin walang pang area to be assign basta prior to deployment need ko kumuha ng mga trainings or much better bedside exp. kasi hospital ang offer sakin hindi snf ayun po
