India's metro may be the best BUT India's roads are the worst when it comes to cleanliness. Sorry to burst your patriotic balloon but we need to go a long way in terms of infrastructure and social etiquette.
As someone who has been on both the sides of these countries. I assure you that your perception of these countries having good roads and infrastructure is all a myth. Just like india where we have some of the best infrastructure and roads along with some areas under developed same goes for Russia too. Everything looks fascinating when you are just at looking it from one side of the screen
