Hi Cozy K I was feeling burnt out last week I was so exhausted 😩 and yesterday I needed a self care 💆♀️ day today is going to be another chill day I slept in this morning until 9:01am and i feel so much happier I did my skin care and had some coffee ☕️ it’s already 10:02am time is going by way too fast 💨 lol 😂

I completely relate to the anxiety portion of this video! I have always pushed myself so hard in my day to day work and am trying to force myself to turn my computer off at the end of my actual work day so I can "relax" (still learning what that means to me). But then I sit there and get anxiety because I'm not working or doing chores and then cannot enjoy the relaxing time. It's an ongoing journey to learn to relax and do things that make you happy. Thanks for sharing this video and showing us we are not alone!

I discovered you last year at a time where I was getting into gaming again as a young-adult, and I haven't left since. I love how welcoming this space feels, so warm and loving. So calm. I love that you have made the choice to have more space for feelings and processing life. I am a psychology master student rn, and I know it can get difficult to get out of survival mode, with all the anxiety and guilt. But deep inside, there's always something inside of you that knows what to do🤍🤍🤍

I love these vlogs! I've also felt the anxiety of having free time after being real busy for a long time. I think for me I pushed through it and still forced myself to play games, watch TV, etc in my free time, and eventually it felt normal (not anxious) and necessary to my well being. Hope you end up at a similar place in your journey :)

Hearing about your struggles with work really resonates with me! I have a corporate position right now and I feel like the stress of it is draining the life out of me. I never feel good enough for them and I live in constant fear that I may lose my job 😞 it’s so exhausting emotionally. I was watching an old video of yours where you said you didn’t want to quit your job for a while and you didn’t want a second cat because Chila is crazy. Now look at you, quitting your job and with a second kitty ❤ I love it!

EXERCISE! It's not just a gimmick. Stress hormones build up in the body and when you're sitting there trying to relax, your body is wanting to move to get rid of these hormones and so its creating a feeling of anxiety and anticipation. It's also great that you notice these feelings and are letting them pass but it's a proven science that exercise will definitely help. I can imagine all the highs and lows you experience while creating content and all of that is building and building. You can start with interval running like 1 min of running and 2 min walk, slow pace. Just 30 minutes a day of moderate activity, not yoga or stretching or walking (Those are definitely great as well, though!) will help tremendously! I absolutely love your channel, by the way!

Hi Cozy K it feels good to sleep in I was really tired 😴 yesterday and on Friday and it was a busy week I am excited for this week because I am working out 🏋️♀️ on Monday and then on Tuesday I work and then on Wednesday I am going to play some pickle ball and then on Thursday I work and then on Friday I have a self care 💆♀️ day and then on Saturday another self care day and then on Sunday every one relaxes ❤😊

I’m absolutely going through the same burnout where I was so busy that I had no time for anything and now I have time to sit and relax and I feel physically sick and anxious because I’m not constantly doing productive things which makes me ADHD spiral and then I don’t do the things I need to do either.
I also tried to start a cozy gaming Tik tok and it was doing really well at first and now it’s not and I just feel like a failure and like I don’t know how to meet my goals.
ugh i feel that so so much! i feel like giving ourselves grace and patience for the time we need to adjust is the best route. and as for tiktok, i’d say if you’re passionate about it to keep going!! social media is always a rollercoaster of highs and lows and the only diff b/w those that succeed is that they stuck it out through the lows!🤎
